Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Holi Home is located in a great location, just 140 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. It is located in Toroni, a quiet resort in the southwest of Sithonia, known for its crystal clear sea, long beaches, and relaxed atmosphere. It is ideal for guests looking for a comfortable and carefree stay near the sea and all local amenities. With a pleasant ambiance and a perfect position, it is an excellent choice for a summer vacation.
The two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor can accommodate five adults. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other there is a bed for one person and a chest of drawers, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, and washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a ness frappe blender, and a toaster.
The living room opens onto a balcony equipped with seating, while the bedrooms have a shared balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests check into a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linens is provided for stays longer than five days, and guests handle the replacement themselves.
There is no parking space provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street, or in front of the residential building.
