Proteus Beachfront Villa is an authentic seaside retreat located directly on the shore, ideal for guests who want a true connection with nature. The villa sits right by the sea and offers its own private access to the beach, allowing you to start your day with the sound of waves and a view of crystal-clear water. Surrounded by natural shade and Mediterranean greenery, it provides a relaxing atmosphere, while the spacious veranda is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and warm summer evenings.

The five-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to nine adults and is spread over three levels. The basement level features three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor includes the remaining two bedrooms and another bathroom. Four bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one bedroom on the upper floor also includes an additional single bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

A baby crib is included in the price and can be provided upon request with prior notice during the reservation.

Guests have access to wireless Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV in the living room and in one bedroom, as well as air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven, a stove with four ceramic cooktops, a kettle, and a coffee machine, making everyday meal preparation easy. A hair dryer is also available for guests.

Guests can enjoy two spacious balconies, one of which offers a beautiful sea view. The yard is large and fully available to guests, featuring natural shade, sun loungers for relaxation, and a barbecue area. From the yard, there is direct access to the sandy beach.

Small pets are allowed in this property, but their arrival must be indicated in advance during the reservation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Cleaning service is not included in the price but is available upon request for an additional fee. Extra sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation so guests can change them as needed.

Guests have access to four private parking spaces, ensuring secure parking throughout their stay.

Toroni is a peaceful village located in the southwestern part of Sithonia, known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Its taverns and cafés offer authentic local specialties, while the surrounding area provides many opportunities to enjoy the sun and the sea. Guests can explore hidden spots and the natural greenery surrounding this holiday resort. Nearby beaches include Destenika Beach 1 km and Porto Koufo 5 km, while the popular resort of Sarti is 31 km away and Thessaloniki Airport is 129 km from the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay is four nights for the periods 17 April – 25 June and 17 September – 10 November, while for the period 26 June – 16 September the minimum stay is five nights.
