Description
The Tripotamos Maria Villa, covering an area of 120 m², has a capacity for 6 guests and is located on the first line by the sea. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, along with a bathroom, while on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The house is equipped with linens, towels, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The cleaning of the rooms is done upon the arrival of guests. In front of the house, there is a yard with a barbecue and parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
