Akti Psarogiannis - Garden House is located in a beautiful courtyard on the private estate of the Psarogiannis family in Vourvourou. Sheltered from noise, surrounded by a well-maintained garden with shade and a barbecue, it is ideal for families with children.
From the beach and Akti House, the accommodation is about 200m away, while the nearest store and tavern are about 600m away.
Garden House consists of apartments and studios. The house was built in 2010 and renovated in 2016.
The ground floor features four-bed apartments (33m2) with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and has a large fridge with a freezer compartment.
On the first floor, there are four-bed studios (25m2) with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. They have a large fridge with a freezer compartment in the kitchen, but no oven, only a stove.
The second floor features a four-bed apartment (35m2) with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and has a large fridge with a freezer compartment.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet, safe, kitchen, bathroom, and hairdryer. Some have mosquito nets, some do not. Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owner. Laundry service is available at an extra cost.
Guests can rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for an additional fee at the nearby Akti cafe. The accommodation includes a courtyard and a covered parking lot with numbered spaces. There is no restaurant on site, but guests have the option to pay for breakfast served at Akti House.
To reach the accommodation, drive along the main street in Vourvourou. After passing the large Diaporos hotel, continue for about 200m and turn into the street across from Akti Psarogiannis accommodation on the beach. After 190m, you will see Akti Psarogiannis Garden House.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 29 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 28-21 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 20-3 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
