Our description
Akti Psarogiannis - Garden House is located in a beautiful courtyard on the private property of the Psarogiannis family in Vourvourou. Protected from noise, surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with shade and barbecue, it's ideal for families with children.
From the beach and Akti House, the accommodation is about 200m away, while the closest store and a tavern are at about 600m.
The Garden House has apartments and studios. The house was built in 2010 and renovated in 2016.
Quadruple apartments on the ground floor (33m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
Quadruple studios (25m2) on the first floor have one double, one single and an folding armchair. In the kitchen, they have a large refrigerator with a freezer, they have no oven but only hot plates.
The quadruple apartment (35m2) on the second floor has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, safe box, kitchen, bathroom and a hairdryer. Some have mosquito nets, some have not. Small pets are allowed in agreement with the owner. Laundry service is provided and additionally charged.
Guests can use the deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and there's also a coffee shop. Within the accommodation, there's a yard and covered parking with numbered places. They have no restaurant, but there is a possibility to pay for breakfast served at Akti House.
You can get there by driving down main street in Vourvourou. When you pass the big Diaporos Hotel, you will drive another 200m and turn into the street across from Akti Psarogiannis accommodation on the beach. After 190m you will see Akti Psarogiannis Garden House accommodation.

Owners description
The studios and apartments of the Konstantinos Psarogiannis family are situated in the heart of Vourvourou. This family business is made up of two buildings. Akti House which is on the beach, and Garden House 150m from the sea. Here you'll find double, triple and quadruple studios or apartments, suitable for couples or families and can accommodate from 2-5 people. Both buildings are surrounded by beautiful green gardens and have convenient and safe parking areas. On our sandy beach, ideal for young children, you'll be able to enjoy Vourvourou's crystal clear, warm waters all day. Also, beach chairs and umbrellas are offered free of charge for use by our guests
In Akti House, we operate a shop selling traditional pies, ice cream, sweets, pizzas and crepes, that has a breakfast area for our guests. Also, in the garden, just a few meters from the sea, there is a Cafe-Bar where you can enjoy your coffee or drink from morning until night.

Garden House is situated 150m from the sea and has six studios and an apartment.
- Type G1: Three ground floor studios with a double bed and two single beds (up to four people).
- Type G2: Three studios on the first floor with a double bed and two single beds (up to four people).
- Type G3: An apartment on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds (up to four people).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlična lokacija, veliko i najlepše dvorište koje smo uspeli da vidimo u Vurvuruu sa lezaljkama i stolovima po travnjaku. Vlasnik nenametljiv i ljubazan, uvek na usluzi. Čisto, svakih tri dana menjaju posteljinu i peškire.

Sta imate slobodno u periodu od 15.Juna (deset dana najam). Treba nam jedna smestajna jedinica za 3 odraslih i dvoje male dece i 1 za 2 odraslih i 2 male dece. Koja je cena u tom periodu? Ako ima slobodno, cujemo se za dalji dogovor. Hvala
