Our description
Accommodation is located in Vourvourou, in the spacious yard in which there is a parking also, a small playground for children, as well as two barbecues for the guests. It's a great choice for those who come with their own car in Vourvourou due to the excellent location for visiting surrounding beaches.
The distance from the sea is about 350m, and the closest market is about 450m, while the first tavern is about 3km away from the accommodation.
Filio Sonia Studios offers accommodation in studios and apartment. The apartment is not available for online reservations this year.
Nine three-bed studios (25m2) are located on the first and second floor. They all have one double and single bed, a separate and shared balconies. Five four-bed studios (30m2) are located on the ground floor or basement (two steps below the ground level) because of the cascade construction from the one side. Three studios have one double bed and a folding sofa bed, and two have one double, single and extra bed. The basement studies have less natural light than studios on the first and second floor and the balconies are shared.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, bathroom with curtains and kitchen with oven. If you need, owners can give you a hair dryer for use. Small pets are welcome upon request.
Private parking spaces are 15. The three are located in front of the yard. The yard is nicely landscaped, with lots of greenery and play area for children.
Every three days accommodation units are being cleaned, and bed linen and towels are being replaced.
If you are arriving to Vourvourou from the direction of Nikiti, just before entering the Vourvourou on the main road, you will see a board and accommodation on the right.
Filio Sonia Studios is an ideal accommodation for families with small children.

Filio Sonia Studios are located in Vourvourou, 150 meters away from the sea. There are 14 three-bed and four-bed studios with comfortable verandas. The complex is surrounded by a large courtyard laid with grass, colorful flowers and big plane trees that offer you natural dew and shade. Courtyard include playground and barbecue facilities. Private parking on site is available. Pets are allowed on request. Supermarket and bakery are 500m away from the Filio Sonia Studios.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Divan,cist smestaj koji je zadovoljio nasa ocekivanja. Pravi izbor za porodice sa malom decom. Veliko, divno dvoriste puno igracaka. Sve je bilo prelepo

Apartman je bio veoma čist, i čišćenje obavljaju na tri dana, sa zamenom posteljine i peškira. Mi smo bili u četvorokrevetnom apartmanu sa troje dece (10, 5 i 3 godine) i bilo je dovoljno prostora za sve. Dvorište je predivno i prostrano i ima mesta za sve goste. Kutak za decu ima svakakve igračke, tobogane, rekete i lopte. Postoje dva spoljna roštilja koje gosti mogu koristiti. Postoje dva spoljna tuša, jedan otvoreni i drugi zatvoreni, što je sjajno jer se ne unosi pesak sa plaže u sobu. Domaćini su veoma uslužni, i nisu nametljivi. Plaža blizu apartmana nije najbolja, uska je, ali svakako je baš blizu, 2 minuta hoda. Lokacija apartmana je zgodna za obilaženje cele Sitonije. Takođe, iako se kuća nalazi uz samu magistralu, saobraćaj se ne čuje, stim da je naš apartman bio okrenut prema moru. Filio Sonia Studios je za svaku preporuku

Predivna kuća sa velikim i uređenim dvorištem, prepunim sadržaja za decu. Dozvoljeni kućni ljubimci. Vlasnice preljubazne i nenametljive. Čišćenje apartmana i zamena peškira i posteljine je na 3-4 dana. Sve preporuke
