Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Itamos Migdanis House is located in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, just 160 meters from the beach and 1 km from Karidi beach. The accommodation is situated in a tranquil environment, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.
Offered are accommodation units located on the first floor:
A studio for two people can accommodate a maximum of two adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed.
A studio for three people can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and a single bed.
An apartment can accommodate two adults and two children. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds.
An apartment with two bedrooms can accommodate four adults and one child. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with two hobs and a large fridge with a freezer.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard. In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecues in the company of family and friends in the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay; bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Interesuje me cena smeštaja za period 23.07-02.08 2018. Dvoje odraslih i troje dece (5god i dvoje od 1god). Trebao bi nam veci apartman i po mogućstvu bar jedan krevetac.
