Our description
Aegialis Apartments is the accommodation in a quiet location in Vourvourou, in a large and beautiful courtyard with plenty of natural shade, greenery, a playground for children, barbecue and parking. It provides a pleasant holiday with excellent price and quality ratio, and hygiene at a high level.
The beach is about 100m away, and the closest store is at about 300m.
The accommodation consists of eight apartments, six are quadruple (33m2) and two are quintuple apartments (50m2).
The quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and double sofa bed which can be enlarged and become two single beds. The quadruple apartments are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor.
The first quintuple apartment has one double, i.e. one double and a single bed in two bedrooms and it's located on a high ground floor. The other quintuple apartment is located on the second floor and it has one double bed, i.e. one double and a sofa bed in two bedrooms.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have two terraces (one with a doorway and one separate), internet, TV, mosquito nets on the windows, bathroom with shower and a kitchen with an oven. There's a washing machine available upon agreement with the owners. All apartments have a garden view, and some apartments on the first floor have a partial sea view. Cleaning, as well as replacing of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.
Pets are allowed on request. The yard is spacious, with plenty of greenery and space for playing. Private parking is provided for all.
Driving the main road, 115m after passing Filio Sonia Studios turn left, then continue for another 180m until you see this accommodation on the left.
Aegialis Apartments is an ideal choice for families with small children and those who'd want to enjoy a peaceful setting.

Owner description
In Vourvourou, Agios Nikolaos, Halkidiki, at 110km from Thessaloniki and only 100m from the beach, is where Aegialis Apartments are situated. The apartments are on a 6-acre property full of flowers and trees, with playground, barbeque and parking.
The 3-floor building consists of eight spacious, fully equipped apartments with large bathrooms and balconies. Four of them (33m2), on the ground and first floor, are ideal for a family of four, while the other two (50m2), on the second floor, have a capacity for five guests.
Not far away, there are plenty of supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Pets are allowed upon request.
Our apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and balconies can provide comfortable hospitality for a small or a large family.
The Vourvourou area is on Sithonia, one of the most beautiful bays of Halkidiki, with a view to Mount Athos. Clean beaches, fresh fish and ferries to Athonian Community, compose a unique landscape for a vacation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, zanima nas ovaj smestaj, od 02.07 do 12.07 za dve odrasle i dva deteta( 4 i 8 god ), da li ima slobodno, koja je cena? Kako ide placanje? I da li moze pas ( francuski buldog 12kg ). Hvala

Poštovani, potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve četvoročlane porodice (dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece uzrasta 6 i 11 godina) u periodu od 20.07. na minimum 10 noći. Hvala unapred.
