Our description

Elenas Studios is located near the sandy beach in Vourvourou, in a spacious courtyard full of greenery and natural shade. This accommodation can be a good choice for guests who want to spend a quiet holiday, very close to the beach.

The closest market and tavern are about 380m away, while the beach is 30m away.

There are nine studios for 2-3 persons for rent. They are located on the ground floor (few steps below ground level), first and second floor. Two studios have two connected single beds, and in the other seven there is one double bed. One extra bed can be inserted into each studio.

All accommodation units are air conditioned, have WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, inside and outside dining tables. The kitchens are equipped with a hot plate, small oven, and small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In bathrooms there are shower trays with curtains. Bed linen and towels are being replaced every four days.

Guests have at their disposal a private covered parking, large lawn and barbecue. The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy, narrow, and the depth is gradual. There is also a shower on the beach, but there are no sunbeds or umbrellas.

After passing the market on the main road in Vourvourou, turn left and drive forward until you reach the accommodation on your left side.

Owners description

Elenas Studios is a self-catering unit situated in the heart of Vourvourou, area known as a quiet and scenic summer resort on the Halkidiki Peninsula. The sheltered, shallow and warm front from the little beach is convenient for children and adults who want to enjoy the beach any time of day, without tiring travel.

In 1963, the founder of the company Mr Lazarus discovered Vourvourou and was enchanted by the beauty of the landscape. A man with long experience in hotel occupation at historic hotels in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, envisioned in 1980 to build a shelter in the midst of an era, where hotels were unavailable or few (2-3) in the region. Vision to offer genuine friendly hospitality to all those who love nature and want to spend their summer holidays in a friendly, family atmosphere. Over the years the Lazaros, established in the minds of customers, as a synonym for good hospitality in the region, while it hosted celebrities from all over Greece and abroad. Since 2000, the accommodation is run by his son and his wife.

In 2005, we constructed a new, modern and fresh building, the Elenas, obtainable mainly for pairs or very small families. Thus continuing the tradition of thirty years of hospitality, we hope to maintain the same spirit and the philosophy which once Lazaros started. Our ambition is that each of you feels welcome and at home, offering the warmth of home along with all of those simple comforts you need to spend a pleasant holiday.

Elenas Studios is a quiet complex with direct access to the sea and a large garden, offering eight studios, furnished and equipped with:

- One double bed (or two twin beds)
- Wardrobe
- Equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven
- Small fridge and all utensils to prepare meals
- Individual air conditioning

- Private bathroom with a shower
- Private balcony with wooden table and chairs to enjoy the sea view or a romantic summer night
- Additional single bed (with extra charge) or a baby cot (free of charge) is available upon request from the customer

- Customers are responsible for their own safety and adverse events such as illness, accident or a loss of personal belongings. If you have forgotten some item in your room after you leave, we are happy to send it to the address you indicate (the shipping is yours).
- The reservation is for a certain number of people listed in the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. Hosting unexpected visitors or persons not mentioned when booking is not allowed. If that happens we reserve the right to charge 25e per person.
