Hotel Description

Sand Resort is the accommodation in a very quiet location between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou, surrounded by trees, on the property with a private beach. It’s an ideal choice for all looking for tranquillity and privacy.

The nearest grocery store and taverns are at about 4km, and the market Lidl is located in Nikiti, about 10km away. We would point out that the access to the accommodation is not so good.

Quintuple apartment I is a ground floor house (50m2) with two bedrooms, with one double, i.e. two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed.

Quadruple apartment II (40m2) is located on the ground floor and it is a part of the owner’s house. It’s a duplex apartment, with two bedrooms, in one there is a double bed and in the other one a single one, and with a living room with folding sofa.

Both apartments are equipped with a TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom. The appliences in the kitchen include a stove, big refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, additionally in the apartment II there are a microwave and a dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, hair dryer, additionally in the apartment I there is a washing machine. Towels and sheets are replaced after 3-4 days, while the guests are in charge for cleaning during their stay.

The yard is full of natural shade, it has a gazebo and a barbecue, while on the beach there are umbrellas and sunbeds.

This accommodation is ideal for those who’d want to be alone and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
