Katerina-Maria Studios is an accommodation in a quiet location in Vourvourou. It's surrounded by a spacious courtyard with palm trees, swimming pool, children's playground, summer house and covered parking, so it's an oasis ideal for relaxing.

The beach and amusement park are at 500m, while the closest supermarket is about 750m away.

There are 12 accommodation units, four triple studios (25m2), four quadruple studios (25m2), and four quintuple apartments (35m2).

Two triple studios are located on the first, two are on the second floor, and they have one double and a single bed.

Two quadruple studios are located on the first, two are on the second floor, and they have one double and two bunk beds.

Quintuple apartments are located on the ground floor and consist of a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen, one double and a single bed.

Accommodation units have a kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, mini-stove with two hot plates and oven and necessary dishes), bathroom with a curtain or a cabin shower, internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a view of the yard and pool, while studios on the second floor also have a partial view of the sea. A baby crib can be provided on request. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is performed every fourth day.

In a large, enclosed, grassy yard with plenty of natural shade, there's private parking, two barbecues, swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas, facilities for children and a shower.

Arriving from the direction of Nikiti, turn to Vourvourou, continue ahead and after 2,5km make a right. Drive the dirt road for 300m until you see this accommodation on the right-hand side.

Katerina-Maria Studios is a good choice for those who'd want to spend a holiday in a safe and modernly designed accommodation, isolated from noise, not far from the coast in Vourvourou.

Vourvourou is one of the most beautiful areas on Sithonia, Halkidiki's second peninsula. The characteristic nine islets and the green-clad mountains that surround it create a unique combination of sea and mountain.

Here, in a quiet and serene environment marked by nature's beauty, you'll find Katerina-Maria's rental studios complex. A family business that will offer you hospitality during the summer holidays and provide you with all modern amenities.
It is situated near the center of Vourvourou and is only 2-3 minutes on foot from the sandy beach.

For your stay at Katerina-Maria's, you'll find fully equipped studios, suitable for couples, families or groups of friends. It has studios for three, with one double and a single bed, or four, with one double and two bunk beds, as well as studios with an extra room that can accommodate up to five people. The triple and quadruple studios are on the first and second floor, while the quintuple studios with the extra room are on the ground floor.

All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, WC with shower, TV, air-conditioner and a balcony. The studios on the ground floor have verandas with direct access to the garden. In the lush green garden that surrounds the complex, you'll also find a swimming pool with umbrellas and deck chairs, two gazebos with barbeques, a children's playground and a covered parking area. Free wireless internet access (WiFi) is provided in the pool area and at the gazebos.
