Hotel Description

In the quiet place Vourvourou, near to the beach, there are Marianthi Studios. House is surrounded by spacious courtyard with natural shade, so it is a heaven for families. Kind owners are there for everything that might be needed.

It is around 250m from the beach and 550m from the nearest grocery store. The place itself doesn’t have a center or promenade, but little bit further there are few beach bars.

Marianthi Studios consists of three studios on the low ground floor and four apartments, two on the first and two on the second floor.

All studios (20m2) have one double and one single bed, except the one in the middle which has one double and two single beds. They are sharing one big balcony, but each one of them has its own sitting set.

Apartments (27m2) have a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds (one with an additional single drawer bed) in the kitchen. Only one apartment doesn’t have a drawer bed, so it is adapted for four adults.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a mini oven with hot plates. In the bathrooms, there is a shower without a cabin and a curtain. Only apartments on the second floor have sea view, while the other units have garden view. There’s also a shared washing machine that can be used in agreement with the owner. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. Pets are allowed only upon agreement with the owner.

A fenced courtyard is spacious, nicely arranged and with natural shade. Inside of it there are covered parking, shared kitchen and barbecue.

Accommodation is easy to find, because it is located on the main street which passes through Vourvourou. When turn from the main road (next to the supermarket) and you enter in this place, after 500m you will see the accommodation on your right.

Marianthi Studios is a good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful location, not far from the beach.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
