Our description
In the quiet place Vourvourou, near to the beach, there are Marianthi Studios. House is surrounded by spacious courtyard with natural shade, so it is a heaven for families. Kind owners are there for everything that might be needed.
It is around 250m from the beach and 550m from the nearest grocery store. The place itself doesn't have a center or promenade, but little bit further there are few beach bars.
Marianthi Studios consists of three studios on the low ground floor and four apartments, two on the first and two on the second floor.
All studios (20m2) have one double and one single bed, except the one in the middle which has one double and two single beds. They are sharing one big balcony, but each one of them has its own sitting set.
Apartments (27m2) have a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds (one with an additional single drawer bed) in the kitchen. Only one apartment doesn't have a drawer bed, so it is adapted for four adults.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a mini oven with hot plates. In the bathrooms, there is a shower without a cabin and a curtain. Only apartments on the second floor have sea view, while the other units have garden view. There's also a shared washing machine that can be used in agreement with the owner. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days. Pets are allowed only upon agreement with the owner.
A fenced courtyard is spacious, nicely arranged and with natural shade. Inside of it there are covered parking, shared kitchen and barbecue.
Accommodation is easy to find, because it is located on the main street which passes through Vourvourou. When turn from the main road (next to the supermarket) and you enter in this place, after 500m you will see the accommodation on your right.
Marianthi Studios is a good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful location, not far from the beach.

It's a new building surrounded by olive trees and a very beautiful garden. The distance from the local beach is only 300m. It offers single and double apartments which are comfortable and cool. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, television, barbecue and spacious parking.
Studios Marianthi offer you also a comfortable and pleasant stay in two new studios precisely on the beach. These rooms are also completely equipped with television, air conditioning, kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and oven, bathroom, barbecue and spacious verandas with splendid view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Zdravo, Mi smo 4 odrasli i 2 (11 meseci i 3 godina), trazimo apartman sa dve spavace sobe, u periodu od 1 - 8 Septembar. Dali imate takav apartman u tom periodu i koja je cena za istoga. Pozdrav Marjan Veljanovski.

Blizu plaže, vlasnici imaju bar na plaži gde su lezaljke posle 15h besplatne dovoljno da poručite samo neko piće, kafu... Vurvuru pravo mesto za odmor, plaža peskovita, plićak dug za decu savršeno... Pravo porodično mesto

Poštovani, da li je slobodan trokrevetni smeštaj u periodu od 18.08.-30.08. (12 noćenja) za 2 odrasle osobe i 1 dete (9 godina)? Takođe me zanima ukoliko bi i starije dete od 17 godina krenulo sa nama, da li ima mesta? Ukoliko ima, molim cenu smeštaja i instrukcije za plaćanje. Hvala unapred! P.S. U vlasnikovom opisu stoji i novi smeštaj na plaži ali to ne vidimo.

We stayed in Marianthi Studios in the second half of June 2024, two families with small children aged 2 and 4 and we had the best of time. We stayed on the ground floor and it was perfect because of the large porch and yard. The yard is fenced and with lots of shade from the trees so it is very safe for children to play there. The hosts were very nice, pleasant and present at all time should you ever need anything, but never intrusive. The kitchen was well equipped and the doors were covered with mosquito nets. There was hot water at all times which for us was very important because of the children. The linen and towels were changed two times during our 8 nights stay and the cleaning was up to us, with all thing needed at disposal at all time. Each rooms has its own set for cleaning the floors. Overall the feeling is very pleasant in the yard and the beach is super close even for a walk with small children. The other villa on the beach has a small beach bar so we always had sunbeds and umbrellas for us at the beach. The prices in the bar for food and drinks are fair, nothing expensive. The villa has a covered parking inside the lot for the guests. We will definitely come again!
