Avista Villa is located in Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 300m from the beach in the village, 4.1km from Fava Beach, and 2.7km from the beautiful Karidi Beach.
According to its structure, Avista Villa is a maisonette on two levels that can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. On the lower level of the villa, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, and toilet, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds and a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has two independent cooling units on each level, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and large oven, large fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden and pool, can be spent on the furnished veranda or one of the four furnished balconies.

In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with lots of greenery decorated with stone and Greek ceramics, as well as beautiful lights that make the evenings especially romantic, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your kids, whether you want to cool off in the pool, relax on the sunbeds by the pool, drink your favorite drinks on one of the many seating sets in the courtyard, enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends, play a game of table tennis or have fun on the basketball or soccer field, while your kids have fun on the swings or the toboggan located in the yard.
Accommodation guests, within the price, have four bicycles available, as well as two canoes, one of which is for two people and one for one person.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price range.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Two parking spaces in the yard are provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
