Owners description
Avista Private Resort, a modern and newly built accommodation, is located in Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 1.1 km from Fava Beach and 2.3 km from the beautiful Karidi Beach.
According to its structure, Avista Private Resort is a maisonette on two levels that can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the lower level, which is on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms, and two bedrooms, while on the upper level, in the attic, there is a sleeping area within the open gallery. Each bedroom has a double bed, while one bedroom also has a bed for one person, and in the open gallery there is another double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot and a high-feeding chair are available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has several independent cooling units, guests are provided with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, three bathrooms with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden and the pool, on the furnished veranda.
The hosts thought of every detail and made an effort that you create beautiful memories and take the best impressions, as well as return to your daily duties rested. In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with lots of greenery decorated with stone and Greek ceramics, as well as beautiful lights that make the evenings especially romantic, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your kids, whether you want to cool off in the pool, relax on the sunbeds by the pool, drink your favorite drinks on one of the many seating sets in the courtyard or enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price range.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Avista Private Resort is located 19 km from the popular resort of Nikiti, 28 km from Sarti, and 106 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
