Filippos House is located approximately 1.3 km from the center of Vourvourou and 810 meters from the beach, in a peaceful area surrounded by tall pine trees and untouched nature characteristic of Sithonia. Discreetly separated from the summer crowds and surrounded by greenery, the accommodation provides a sense of privacy and complete relaxation, with pleasant shade and scents of the Mediterranean environment. The location allows guests to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a slower pace of life, while the sea and turquoise coves of Vourvourou are easily accessible for daily excursions and swimming.

On the ground floor of the building, three steps below the courtyard level, there is an apartment designed for the stay of seven people, maximum six adults. The apartment is carefully designed to provide comfort and modern functionality, with a layout that gives guests a sense of homey comfort. It consists of a living room with a separate kitchen, a dining table, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a corner sofa for two people, and the other for one person, while each bedroom has double beds that ensure a peaceful and comfortable rest. This room organization allows for enough privacy, as well as a pleasant environment for shared meals, socializing, and relaxation.

The accommodation is also designed as a practical choice for a family vacation, with special attention given to the youngest guests. Upon request from parents, at no additional cost, a baby cot is provided, which makes travel organization easier and eliminates the need to carry bulky equipment. This way, children are provided with a safe and comfortable sleeping space, while the entire family’s stay unfolds in a more relaxed and carefree atmosphere.

This air-conditioned apartment with mosquito nets provides facilities that make everyday living pleasant and easy. The TV provides moments of relaxation with favorite shows and movies, and a hairdryer adds to convenience during longer stays. The kitchen is designed to meet the needs for preparing various meals: there is a stove with four ceramic heating zones and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. This equipment allows for quick preparation of drinks and snacks, creating an atmosphere of homely warmth.

Pets are allowed in the apartment upon prior agreement with the owner and for an additional fee. Upon check-in for guests arriving with their pets, a security deposit is charged, intended as protection in case of any damages. If no damage occurs during the stay, the full amount is refunded to guests upon departure, ensuring a carefree and transparent stay.

During the stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment, giving them the freedom to organize their daily tasks according to their own rhythm and habits. Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, can be arranged for an extra charge if needed.

Guests have access to private parking with four parking spaces, which makes parking throughout the stay much easier. Thanks to this, arrival and departure become significantly simpler, and the additional convenience contributes to a sense of comfort and makes the vacation more relaxing.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
