Gajic Apartment, located just 120 m from the beach in the peaceful Vourvourou, is ideal for a family and relaxing vacation. The spacious courtyard with greenery and a playground for children allows for outdoor enjoyment, while the crystal clear sea and sandy coves of Vourvourou provide the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. This charming place is known for its untouched nature, mild Mediterranean climate, and pleasant, relaxed way of life, with local taverns, cafes, and shops within easy reach.

The apartment with two bedrooms is located on the first floor of the building and is intended for a maximum of seven people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedrooms feature double beds, while the living room includes a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests of all ages.

Guests also have access to a baby cot located in the house, included in the stay.

Within this apartment equipped with mosquito nets, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, Wi-Fi wireless internet, and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes three burners with a small oven, two large refrigerators with freezers, a kettle, toaster, and microwave, allowing for meal preparation as desired. In addition, guests have access to a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

The apartment has a large balcony with an awning, equipped with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening enjoyment in the fresh air. Additionally, the property features a spacious, well-maintained, and fenced communal courtyard with two pergolas, two outdoor showers, and, most importantly for the youngest guests, a children’s playground. This space provides the perfect combination of entertainment, relaxation, and safety for all guests.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels at their disposal. For stays of five nights or more, the owners can provide an additional set of bed linen and towels upon request, included in the stay.

Small pets are allowed in this property at no extra cost, with prior request.

Private parking with one parking space in the building’s garage is provided for accommodation guests.

Vourvourou is a peaceful resort on Sithonia, known for its crystal clear sea, rich greenery, and numerous hidden coves that offer a sense of privacy and complete relaxation. Nearby are Ormos Panagias at 10 km, Nikiti at 16 km, and Sarti at 30 km, allowing for easy exploration of this part of Halkidiki. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches in the area, including Karidi Beach, just 2 km away, known for its fine white sand, shallow turquoise water, ideal for families with children, while Orange Beach, approximately 23 km away, is recognizable for its attractive rocks and exotic ambiance.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
