Melissi Traditional House in Sykia is an excellent choice if you are looking for modest and spacious accommodation close to the center.
It is an ideal choice for everyone who likes peace and privacy.
The nearest Sykia beach is about 4 km away, so we recommend this accommodation only to those who come with their own vehicle. The supermarket is about 700m from the accommodation, while other contents are about 850m away.
It is a house (90m2) which is has two bedrooms.One room has a double bed, while the other one has two single beds. Also, in the living room there is a sofa on which one person can sleep. The accommodation is air-conditioned and has TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious and has a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a hairdryer. The house is surrounded by a small fenced yard, and it also has a veranda with a table and chairs in front of the entrance.
Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, are done every two days, and the stay of pets is allowed. Baby cots are also available to guests upon prior request.
As for parking, you don't have to worry, because the accommodation has its own private parking lot.
After entering the village of Sykia and passing the supermarket, you should take the first street on the right, then the first street on the right again, then the third on the left and the second on the left again and you will see Melissa Traditional House.

Melissi Traditional House in Sykia has two separate bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with unlimited hot water throughout the day and a balcony.
Amenities include a TV, A/C, WiFi internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets.
Towels and bed linen are replaced after two nights.
There's a very nice courtyard with a barbecue and parking spot.
The house is traditional and has remained authentic.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Svaka reč iz opisa je istinita. Komforan smeštaj za one koji planiraju da obilaze plaže. Vlasnik normalan i nenametljiv.

Proveli smo 8 dana u ovoj kući. Svaka reč iz opisa je istinita. Smeštaj nije za one koji žele da budu pored plaže, već za avanturiste, koji žele da obilaze plaže (a u okolini Sikije ima prelepih plaža). Vlasnik je nenametljiv i normalan čovek, sa njim ćete se lako dogovoriti sve.

Proveli smo 8 dana u ovoj prelepoj kući. Svaka reč navedena u opisu smeštaja je istinita. Smeštaj nije za one koji žele da budu odmah do plaže. Smeštaj je za one koji žele da obilaze plaže. Malo se teže nalazi, ali je prostran. Vlasnik smeštaja nije nametljiv, normalan čovek. Mi smo bili prezadovoljni.

Mi smo jako zadovoljni smeštajem, kućica je prelepa, imali smo sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Vlasnici ove tradicionalne kuće su jako ljubazni i predusretljivi, često su menjali posteljinu i peškire, čistili smeštaj, činili sve da nama bude ugodno... Do najbliže prodavnice vam je potrebno dva minuta pešaka, a do plaže desetak minuta kolima. Ulice u samom selu su uske i od kamena što čini sve još lepšim.

Predivna, tradicionalna kuća koja ima sve što vam treba. Domaćini su predusretljivi i ljubazni. U blizini su najlepše plaže Sitonije.

Divno mesto za odmor. Proveli smo 10 dana u ovom smeštaju sa dvoje dece. Mir, tišina, veliki prostor u kući, dve spavaće sobe, veliki dnevni boravak i potpuno opremljena kuhinja. Internet radi odlično, ne deli se sa drugim apartmanima. Vlasnik Giorgos je divan, predusretljiv domaćin, veoma ljubazan. Parking se nalazi u dvorištu. Smeštaj je mnogo lepši nego što je prikazano na fotografijama. Ko želi da pobegne od buke i gužve, ovo mesto je pravi izbor. Sve preporuke!
