Our description

Akrokeramon Apartments is an accommodation in Limenas, on the Papias beach, in a very quiet place, isolated from the crowd, noise and traffic. The yard is nicely arranged and the owners are kind. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location.

The villa is about a 1,5 km from the city center.

It's a new facility with one studio and several apartments for 4-5 people.

Apartment number 33 (45m2) is located on the second floor and it has a fantastic sea view. In the air-conditioned bedroom, there's one double bed, while the living room has one couch and one single bed. This apartment has a spacious terrace and mosquito nets on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer. The medium-size bathroom has a shower cabin.

Apartment number 23 is located on the first floor and it's completely the same as the apartment number 33 (which has a better sea view).

Studio number 22 (25m2) is located on the first floor and it has one double and one single bed, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Apartment number 21 (40m2) is located on the first floor. In the air-conditioned bedroom there's one double bed, and in the living room, there's one sofa bed. The terrace is on the sunny side and it's very spacious, there's no awning, but the owners have provided an umbrella. This apartment has two balconies, one in front of the apartment with a table and two chairs, while the second one has access from the bedroom. The bathroom in this apartment is different and consists of three smaller rooms.

Apartment number 12 (60m2) is located in the basement. It has one double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the living room, its capacity is five people. The living room also has an air-conditioning and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped and it has a large fridge and oven. This apartment has a bathtub in the bathroom. The only place where you will notice that you are in the basement is the bedroom.

Apartments 21 and 12 are located in the left part of the building built in 2004, while the studio and other apartments are in the new part of the building built in 2014.

Accommodation units are very spacious, with a TV, kitchen, bathroom, one or two balconies and wireless internet. Some apartments are equipped with new furniture and some have older furniture.

Cleaning is done every day, towels are replaced after two and bed linen after three days.

There's a snack bar in the courtyard, so the guests can, if they wish, pay for breakfast. Also, the guests can use sunbeds with a coffee or a drink. The guests can park in front of the accomodation.

When you get off the ferry boat, the villa is on the right from the port, looking from the sea, on the beach, after the Vournelis Hotel, by the Papias bar. The beach is sandy with pebbles and a gradual depth.

Akrokeramon Apartments can be a great choice if you'd like to stay on the beach in the city. Apart from the beach in front of the villa, the famous Tarsanas beach with natural shade is only a few hundred meters away, with the other famous beaches such as Makriamos, Marble, La Scala and Pachis easily accessible.

Owners description

Apartment number 21 (40m2) is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin, two balconies with a sea view and a living room with a double sofa bed and garden view.

Apartments number 12 (60m2) is located on the ground floor. It has a garden view and consists of a bedroom with one double bed, big living room with two single and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove in the same place with the living room, bathroom and balcony.

Apartment number 33 is on the second floor, with a bedroom with one double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin, balcony, sea view and a living room with two double sofa beds.

Apartment number 23 is on the first floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin, balcony, sea view and a living room with two double sofa beds.

Studio number 22 is on the first floor. It's equipped with a double bed, folding armchair, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a balcony with garden view.

There is a cafe bar/tavern for light meals at Akrokeramon. Free safe public parking is just outside our yard. There's an easy reach to Limenas (10-minute walk). We are just in front of the sea. The beach is clean, safe and children friendly. Sun beds and umbrellas are offered free of charge for our guests. We provide the possibility for a daily apartment cleaning, replacing linen three times and towels five times a week. WiFi internet, baby cot and chair are free of charge. If you want to use our washing machine or ironing amenities, you can ask. In case you need to change bed linen and towels more often, we can provide you with this service. If you need us to clean your apartment more than once a day, we can do it for you for 5e per hour.

Our apartments are fully equipped for the preparation of meals. In case you would like to avoid cooking, you can ask us to help ordering any meal to your apartment (catering) and we'll make a deal with the restaurant.

Room service is available from 9:00-21:00.
