Our description
Suzana 2 Studios, even outside the center of Potos, has an amazing location because it is very close to the beach but in quiet place. There are beautiful garden for children, pool and playground so it is one of the most popular accommodations in south of Thassos.
Villa Suzana 2 studios is located in Potos, 700m from the city center and market.
It is located 250 meters from the beach San Antonio. It takes a narrow, non-traffic, dirt road to reach the beach.
Villa Suzana has two buildings. Suzana 2 studios which is presented here is in the building a little further from the pool and all studios are on the ground floor or second floor, while the apartments are only on the ground floor.
Studios (25m2) have a kitchenette in the small hall at the entrance, a double bed and one single bed or three single beds. If necessary, fourth single bed or extra bed can be added. Extra bed has a metal skeleton, but the standard mattress and as comfortable as regular beds. The terraces are spacious and all are facing the courtyard.
All the accommodation units are air-conditioned, with TV, Wi-Fi, safe box, mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.
The signal for wireless internet is available in the courtyard of the villa, the pool and the terraces of the studios and also in some studios.
Cleaning is done daily, while replacing towels and bed linen are carried out every three days.
The villa has a pool and shower in the yard, very spacious and nicely decorated yard, lots of flowers and shade, sun loungers and parasols by the pool, barbecue and garden furniture.
In addition to the pool that can be used for children while their parents relax or prepare a meal, there is a garden that is full of children, so you can rest while the children are entertained with their peers (although it should be taken into account that the clamor of children can sometimes disturb).
In the evening you can barbecue with friends and neighbors in the yard.
Parking is allowed next to the villa but the villa does not have a private enclosed parking.
The villa is 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach called San Antonio. This beach is largely sandy with a gradual increase of water depth and it is ideal for children. Please note that the beach is suitable for children just on the left of the villa. Sandy part is quite long.
Center of Potos you can reach by foot, and for that you need 10-minute walk by road or something more along the beach.
When you are coming from Limenaria, after central intersection in Potos continue to drive straight towards the town exit. After about 700m you'll see a tavern Klimataria on the right side of the main road. Just next to the tavern you will see the board for Suzana Studios and right turn. Suzana Villa is located just behind the tavern looking from the road to the sea.
If you want decent accommodation in Potos, which would correspond to a family with young children, with a pool and courtyard and excellent hygiene, just outside the town, villa Suzana has my true recommendation.
On San Antonio beach you will find several excellent taverns and a bar.

Owners description
Suzana villa is located at the end of Potos village and it is around 500 meters from the center and around 100m from the beach.
In spacious, nice decorated garden are sunbeds with umbrellas and pool, shower, playground for children and outside barbecue, also in villa is washing machine which guests can use free of charge.
Villa Suzana has 2 buildings, one bigger, central, next to the pool and that one has a studios on first floor, while the other building has smaller studios and they are on the second floor.
All units has basic equipped kitchen in proportion to number of beds, bathroom, balcony, TV, hair dryer air conditioning which using is included in price of renting accommodation.
Cleaning and changing linen is once in period of staying, and there is possibility of using WiFi internet.

Bookings
Dates are fixed, shifts are organized every 10th day as given in the table.
- Deposit payment is possible only through the bank account.
- Prices for the OFF SEASON (28/5-16/6 and 26/8-24/9) include transportation from Nis (there is a supplement for transport from Belgrade, Jagodina, Cuprija, Pojate and Novi Sad).
- For those who want to use their own means of transport, the price will be reduced by 35e per person.
- Prices for the SEASON (17/6-25/8) do not include transportation.
- Departure is organized one day earlier from the date of the beginning of the shift given in the table.
- City tax is not included in the price and it is 0,5e per day per unit.
Conditions for children aged 0-7 - OFF-SEASON:
One child up to 7 years old, in bed with parents (two full-paying persons) - free of charge in case of own transportation. In the case of bus transportation, he pays only the full price of the bus ticket.
One child up to 7 years old. with one parent (one person) pays the full price of the arrangement.
Two children up to 7 years old in a shared bed, pay the price of one adult for accommodation, while for one child in the case of bus transportation, the full price of the bus ticket is paid at the price from the table.
Two children under the age of 7 pay 70% of the price for adults and have their own bed and seat in the bus.
- To use 1/2 as 1/1 in the case of bus transportation, the price of accommodation for 2 persons and transportation for one person is paid.
Conditions for children up to 0-7 years old - SEASON:
One child, up to 7 years old, in bed with parents (two full-paying persons) – free of charge. - One child up to 7 years old with one parent (one person) pays the full price of the arrangement.
Two children are treated as one adult in the case of renting an apartment without transportation. In the case of arrangements with bus transportation, the price of the bus ticket is paid for each child (regardless of age).
For using 1/2 as 1/1, the full price of accommodation (for 2 persons) is paid.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TRAVELER
In the event of timely cancellation up to 150 days before the trip or justified cancellation of the travel contract with evidence that qualifies for health insurance benefits based on temporary incapacity for work by the traveler, administrative costs of a fixed amount of 4,000.00 dinars per reservation will be retained.
Cancellation fees for the arrangement (travel contract) by the traveler (cancellation costs) are calculated based on the date of the written cancellation of the Contract that serves as the basis for calculating the compensation (cancellation costs) owed to the Organizer, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale in relation to the total price of the trip or the total price of the arrangement, if not otherwise specified by the Program, as follows:
- 10% if the trip is canceled from 150 to 45 days before the start of the trip
- 15% if the trip is canceled from 44 to 30 days before the start of the trip
- 30% if canceled 29 to 20 days before the start of the trip
- 40% if canceled 19 to 15 days before the start of the trip
- 80% if canceled 14 to 10 days before the start of the trip
- 90% if canceled 9 to 6 days before the start of the trip
- 100% if canceled 5 to 0 days before the start of the trip or during the trip.
The start of the trip is considered the day of the first overnight stay at the destination.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 50% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 40% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 80% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 90% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vila je na jako lepom mestu,razocarana sam sto se klima placa dodatno,mislim da bi sve trebalo da bude u sklopu cene,tv sa tri kanala i jako mali,nema vode redovno,ne cisti i ne menja posteljina redovno.Terasa super,bazen top,sve u svemu nije lose ali malo poraditi na detaljima. Na slikama izgleda mnogo lepse i vece. Da rade svi utikaci,gde se odlaze tus da bude u funkciji,da rade sve sijalice… To su sitnice,ali vila kao vasa mislim da ne bi trebala da ima takve propuste. Sve u svemu malo poraditi na detaljima i bice lepo.
