Vila Suzana 2 Studios, although located outside the center of Potos, boasts an excellent location due to its proximity to the beach and its very peaceful surroundings. It features a beautiful courtyard perfect for children, as well as a pool and various activities, making it one of the most sought-after accommodations.

Vila Suzana 2 studios is situated at the outskirts of Potos, 700-800m away from the strict city center and the first shop.

It is only 250m away from San Antonio beach. Access to it is through a narrow, quiet dirt road.

Vila Suzana consists of two buildings. The Suzana 2 studios that we are presenting here are located in a building slightly further from the pool (closer to the entrance) and all studios are on the ground floor and second floor, while the apartments are on the ground floor.

The studios are 25m2 in size and are situated on the second floor. They all have a kitchen located in a small hallway at the entrance to the studio, a double bed, and a single bed. The terraces are spacious and overlook the courtyard.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned (the use of air conditioning is charged extra), equipped with a TV, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The villa provides a signal for wireless internet.

Room cleaning and linen change occur halfway through the stay. This property does not provide towels.

In addition to the pool, which children can use while parents relax or prepare a meal, the courtyard also features a children’s playground with swings, a slide, and seesaws.

In the evening, you can barbecue with friends and neighbors in the courtyard.

The villa has a pool and a shower in the yard, a very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden full of flowers and shade, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, a built-in barbecue, and seating sets.

Parking is available next to the villa and on the road expansions, but the villa does not have a private parking lot.

The villa is a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach called San Antonio. This beach is mostly sandy with a gradual increase in water depth, making it ideal for children. Please note that the beach suitable for children is only to the left of the villa, not exactly in front of the villa where there are rocks. The sandy part is quite long. You can walk along the beach to reach the center of Potos, cafes, and promenades.

Another advantage of this villa is that it is located outside the city, away from crowds and traffic, yet within less than a minute’s drive you can be in the city center for shopping.

You can reach Potos on foot, which will take you about 10 minutes by walking along the main road or slightly longer along the beach.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the central intersection in Potos, continue driving straight towards the exit of the city. After about 700m, you will see the tavern Klimataria on the right side of the main road. Right next to this tavern, you will notice the sign for Studios Suzana and a right turn. Vila Suzana is located immediately behind this tavern when viewed from the road towards the sea.

If you seek decent accommodation in Potos suitable for a family with young children, featuring a pool and a garden, excellent cleanliness, slightly outside the city, Vila Suzana comes highly recommended.

The villa is situated in a truly beautiful location. I am disappointed that the air conditioning incurs an additional charge; I believe everything should be included in the price. The television has only three channels and is quite small. Water does not come regularly, and the bedding is not changed or cleaned frequently. The terrace is excellent, the pool is fantastic, but overall, more attention could be paid to the details. In the pictures, it looks much nicer and larger. All the sockets should work, the shower should be functional, and all the light bulbs should be operational... These are minor issues, but a villa like yours should not have such oversights. Overall, a little more attention to detail would make it truly lovely.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 2 Bed Studio, for period from 17.07.2026 to 27.07.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 22 % of total reservation is allowed.
For reservations in 3 Bed Studio, for period from 17.07.2026 to 27.07.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 22 % of total reservation is allowed.
