Villa Suzana 2 Studios, despite being outside the center of Potos, has an excellent location as it is close to the beach and in a very peaceful place. It features a beautiful courtyard ideal for children, as well as a pool and various activities, making it one of the most sought-after accommodations.
Villa Suzana 2 Studios is located at the exit of Potos, 700-800m from the strict city center and the first store.
It is 250m away from the San Antonio beach. A narrow, unpaved road leads you to it.
Villa Suzana consists of two buildings. The Suzana 2 Studios, which we present here, is located in a building a bit further from the pool (closer to the entrance) and all studios are on the ground floor and the second floor, while the apartments are on the ground floor.
The studios are 25m2 in size and are located on the second floor. They all have a kitchen located in a small hallway at the entrance to the studio, a double bed, and a single bed. The terraces are spacious and all overlook the courtyard.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned (the use of air conditioning is charged extra), have a TV, hairdryer, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The villa provides a signal for wireless internet.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Room cleaning and bed linen change are done halfway through the stay. This property does not provide towels.
In addition to the pool, which children can use while parents rest or prepare a meal, there is a children’s playground with swings, a slide, and seesaws in the courtyard.
In the evening, you can barbecue with friends and neighbors in the courtyard.
The villa has a pool and a shower in the yard, a very spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard full of flowers and shade, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, a built-in barbecue, and seating sets.
Parking is available next to the villa and on the road widenings, but the villa does not have a private parking lot.
The villa is a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach called San Antonio. This beach is mostly sandy with a gradual increase in water depth and ideal for children. Note that the beach suitable for children is only to the left of the villa, not right in front of the villa where there are rocks. The sandy part is quite long. You can walk along the beach to the center of Potos, cafes, and promenade.
Another advantage of this villa is that it is located away from the city, crowds, and traffic, and if you want, you can be in the city center in less than a minute’s drive for shopping.
You can reach Potos on foot, which takes about 10 minutes walking along the main road or a bit longer along the beach.
If you are coming from Limenaria, after the central intersection in Potos, continue driving straight towards the exit of the city. After about 700m, you will see the Klimataria tavern on the right side of the main road. Right next to this tavern, you will see a sign for Studios Suzana and a right turn. Villa Suzana is located just behind this tavern as seen from the road to the sea.
If you are looking for decent accommodation in Potos that would suit a family with young children, with a pool and courtyard, excellent hygiene, a bit outside the city, Villa Suzana comes highly recommended.
You will find several excellent taverns and a bar on the San Antonio beach.

The villa is situated in a truly beautiful location. I am disappointed that the air conditioning incurs an additional charge; I believe everything should be included in the price. The television has only three channels and is quite small. Water does not come regularly, and the bedding is not changed or cleaned frequently. The terrace is excellent, the pool is fantastic, but overall, more attention could be paid to the details. In the pictures, it looks much nicer and larger. All the sockets should work, the shower should be functional, and all the light bulbs should be operational... These are minor issues, but a villa like yours should not have such oversights. Overall, a little more attention to detail would make it truly lovely.
