Anthi Villa is situated in the first row by the sea. It features a courtyard with sunbeds and a barbecue area. Additionally, guests are provided with WiFi in all areas, TV, and air conditioning, a kitchen for meal preparation, but above all, the possibility of peaceful rest, offered by its location.
Anthi Villa is located in the village of Aliki, whose beach is considered one of the most beautiful and famous on Thassos. Basic groceries can be purchased at a nearby minimarket, just a few minutes away from the villa.
As previously mentioned, the accommodation is right by the sea, so taking a swim only requires stepping out of the courtyard.
The beach in front of it is rocky, but within a few moments' walk, you will find yourself on the sandy part of the beach. It is ideal for children and swimmers alike, as the depth gradually increases without a particularly long shallow area.
Anthi Villa consists of two apartments. One apartment (35m2) is designed for four people, while the other (42m2) is designed for six people. Both apartments have a separate bedroom. The four-person apartment consists of one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen. The six-person apartment consists of three double beds, two in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. They are located on the same level and have verandas with sea views. Apart from the size, the apartments differ in that the six-person apartment has a slightly larger veranda and a better sea view.
Both apartments have their own separate entrance. They are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, hairdryer, stove with oven and four burners, large fridge with freezer, courtyard with sunbeds and umbrellas, barbecue, and mosquito nets.
Cleaning, towel and linen change is done every three days.
The shared courtyard is a true little oasis. It is fenced, making it suitable for children to play. It features sunbeds, umbrellas, and necessary barbecue equipment. Parents can watch over their children while enjoying the divine blue of the sea view.
This accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street.
Anthi Villa is located on the right side when coming from the direction of Potos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
