Our description
Anthi Villa is located in the first row by the sea. It features a yard with sun loungers and a BBQ area. Additionally, guests are provided with WiFi throughout the premises, a TV, an A/C, a kitchen for meal preparation, and primarily, the opportunity for a tranquil vacation, which the location of this accommodation offers.
Anthi Villa is situated in Alyki, whose beach is considered one of the most beautiful and the most popular beaches of Thassos. You can purchase groceries at the nearby minimarket, that is just a few minutes away.
As previously mentioned, the accommodation is right by the sea, which allows the guests to enjoy the sea simply be stepping out of the yard. The beach in front of the villa is rocky, but within a few moments of walking, you reach the sandy part of it. It is an ideal beach for both children and swimmers, as the depth gradually increases without extensive shallows.
Anthi Villa consists of two apartments. One apartment (4 Bed Apartment, 35m2) is intended for four people, while the other one (2 Bedroom Apartment, 42m2) is intended for six people. Both apartments have separate bedrooms, with the 4 Bed Apartment having one bedroom and the 2 Bedroom Apartment having two bedrooms. The 4 Bed Apartment consists of one double bed, located in the bedroom and two single beds, located in the kitchen. The 2 Bedroom Apartment consists of three double beds, with two being located in the bedrooms and one being located in the kitchen. Both apartments are on the same level and have verandas overlooking the sea. Apart from the size, the apartments differ in that the 2 Bedroom Apartment has a slightly larger veranda and a better sea view.
Both apartments have their own separate entrance. They are equipped with a TV and A/C, a hairdryer, a stove with an oven and four burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a yard with sun loungers and parasols, a BBQ and mosquito nets.
Cleaning, towel and bed linen replacement are done every three days.
The shared yard is a real oasis. Being fenced makes it suitable for children to play in it.. It disposes of sun loungers, parasols, and the necessary equipment for BBQ. Parents can watch over their children while simultaneously enjoying the divine view of the azure sea.
This accommodation does not own a private parking, but guests can park on the street.
Anthi Villa is located on the right side, coming from the direction of Potos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
