Hotel Description

Aliki Stone House is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Aliki. Besides being surrounded by stunning landscapes and crystal clear sea, this house offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. With its enchanting sea view and direct access to the beach from the yard, it is an ideal place for relaxation.

Above the house, there is a mini market where you can buy bread and necessary groceries, while for more serious shopping, we recommend Potos (approximately 25km away).

The house is built of stone and consists of two studios (the second studio is rented under a different name and is owned by a different person). The studio (22m2) in this part of the house is a quadruple studio and consists of two double beds, sized 1.3x1.2m. The studio is intended for a maximum of two adults and two children up to six years old.

The studio has a private entrance, as well as an exit to the beach. The most beautiful part of the accommodation is the veranda (yard), which includes a sitting and dining area, sunbeds (two sunbeds for each studio), and of course, a magnificent sea view.

The studio is equipped with a fireplace, which can be used in late September days (more for atmosphere than necessity), air conditioning, and WiFi.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable summer stay: two burners, a kettle, a blender for frappes, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The direct exit leads you to a rocky part of the beach, where you can swim as the rocks are flat and lead to shallow water. In just a few seconds over the rocky slabs, perfect for sunbathing and children’s play, you can reach the sandy beach of Aliki.

On the beach, there are cafes and taverns where you can enjoy the inevitable frappe, a wonderful menu with seafood, and traditional Greek dishes.

When coming from the direction of Potos, you can park your vehicle at the parking lot next to the bus station on the main road and descend the stairs next to the mini market directly into the house’s yard. If you wish, you can drive down from the main road towards the beach and park above the house, although the access is difficult for lower vehicles, so we recommend leaving your vehicle at the upper parking lot or the beach parking lot.

If you want to wake up in a room with a view of the unrealistically beautiful turquoise sea, fall asleep to stunning sunsets, and experience a truly relaxing vacation for the soul and eyes, then this little house is the right choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
