Aliki Sea Residence is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Aliki. Surrounded by enchanting landscapes and crystal-clear sea, the house itself offers everything you need for a carefree vacation. With a stunning sea view and a direct access to the beach from the yard, it represents a perfect place for complete relaxation.
Above the house, there is a small market where you can buy bread and basic groceries, while for larger purchases, it is recommended to go to Potos, about 25 km away.
The property is built of stone and consists of two studios (the second studio has a separate owner and is rented under a different name). The studio in this part of the house has an area of 22 m² and is designed for four people - it has two double beds measuring 1.3 x 1.2 m. It is ideal for a stay of up to two adults and two children up to six years old.
Guests have at their disposal a private entrance and direct access to the beach. The spacious veranda (yard) with a seating and dining area, as well as sunbeds (two for each studio), adds a special charm to this accommodation, with a beautiful sea view.
The studio is equipped with a fireplace, which is especially pleasant during late September days, more for the atmosphere than necessity, as well as air conditioning and WiFi.
The kitchen contains everything needed for a pleasant stay: two hot plates, a kettle, a blender, and a fridge with a small freezer.
The direct exit leads to the rocky part of the beach, where swimming is possible thanks to the flat stones and gradual entry into the water. After a few steps over the stone slabs, suitable for sunbathing and children’s play, you reach the sandy part of Aliki beach.
On the beach itself, there are a café and taverns where you can enjoy refreshing frappes, various seafood dishes, and traditional Greek specialties.
If you are coming from the direction of Potos, you can park your car at the bus station on the main road, and then descend the stairs next to the mini market directly to the yard. There is also the option to drive closer to the house, but the access is inconvenient for lower vehicles, so it is recommended to park at the upper parking lot or near the beach.
