Our description
Ktima Villa Galini is a quality accommodation in a quiet environment, away from the city bustle and traffic. The accommodation is new and nicely decorated, with spacious yard, full of greenery.
The nearest market and beach are located in Astris, about 800m from the accommodation. Psili Ammos is about 1,5km, and Potos about 7km away.
Ktima Villa Galini is a newly built accommodation (2015), located at the exit of Astris from the direction of Potos.
The accommodation is newly built for the season of 2015., and there are four apartments (55m2), two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Apartments on the ground floor are of the same size and structure, as well as apartments on the first floor. They consist of a living room with kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two. Each apartment has two exits to the terrace, from the bedroom and the living room. The air conditioner is located in the bedroom and in the living room. Apartments on the first floor have a beautiful sea view, that can be seen on the pictures.
All apartments have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe and bathroom with shower.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every three days.
Parking is available in the yard, and there are also toys for children and two barbecues that guests can use.
Arriving from the direction of Potos, pass the gas station in Astris and after 200m you’ll see the turn to left, and there is a road sign for Ktima Villa Galini.
If you are looking for quality accommodation in a quiet environment, away from the city bustle and five minutes drive from Potos, Ktima Villa Galini can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
