Hello, the owners are very kind, but the accommodation is quite old and was not clean enough when we arrived. They changed our sheets and towels every three days, which is really wonderful.

Everything is perfectly simple and easy. Close to the beach, a large market, and plenty of taverns... The owner is an exceptionally good man, primarily cheerful, relaxed, and accommodating... All praises.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We stayed from September 2nd to 10th with a small baby, for whom the owner provided a crib at Nikana's request, and we are very grateful for that. The beach is nearby, and the supermarket is even closer. It is a quiet and peaceful place for relaxation. The owners of the villa are exceptionally kind. During our stay, they cleaned the room twice. Highly recommended! Thank you, Nikana, for the excellent cooperation.

The accommodation is nothing extraordinary. The studio and furniture are old, yet well-maintained. The owner of the studio takes great care of hygiene. During our ten-day stay, they changed the bed linens and towels for us four times, which we have never experienced before. Otherwise, the owner and staff are very courteous and helpful.

The accommodation is tidy, and they regularly changed our towels and bed linens during our stay. The courtyard is beautifully arranged, spacious, and suitable for children. The owner is very kind. The beach is nearby, as well as a market with reasonable prices. The location and accommodation are ideal for families with small children. Highly recommend Litsa studios!

Nestled along the main road, it offers a view of the sea and is surrounded by a pine forest. The owner, Stamatis, is exceptionally kind and always available to assist with anything you might need. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and Masutis is also nearby. The apartments are a bit older but are comfortable and clean. They are cleaned daily, and the linens are changed every three days. If we return to Thassos, we will definitely choose to stay here again, as it is perfectly located away from the crowds yet close to everything.

The hosts are very kind, and they have a pleasant outdoor space for evening gatherings, spacious and with parking available.

We stayed at Litsa in the first half of July 2023, accommodated in a room with a French bed and a bunk bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the mattress on the bed; it was quite comfortable, as were the pillows for sleeping. All praise for the shower curtain in the bathroom and for the mosquito net on the terrace door. The accommodation is exactly as described on the website: decent, a bit modest, and most importantly, clean! It is peaceful, ideal for a family vacation. The beach is truly just a two-minute walk from the accommodation, the water is always clear, and during our 11 days of vacation, there was not a single day of crowding on the beach. This was our first time vacationing in Thassos. We fell in love with the island and its beauty. We are already planning our return for next summer. Same place - same accommodation for sure!

An excellent accommodation... a gracious host... a beautiful courtyard... a view of the sea... a beach just 100 meters away... a perfect location for exploring beaches... and the beach in Pefkari was stunning. The overall impression is outstanding; we would always be eager to return, both to the accommodation and to the beautiful island of Thassos.

A beautiful, tranquil little place with two beaches and several rocky entries into the water... Potos is a 10-12 minute walk to the east, while Limenaria is a bit further away (by car, perhaps no more than 5 minutes). The beaches are pebbly... not everywhere has an easy entry into the water, so you must choose where to settle on the beach (better to the right, more to the west)... The eastern part of the beach is cut by a rocky outcrop (a small cape) with a promenade, where one can also jump into the water... on the other side is the Oasis beach bar and a beach with a pebbly entry into the water, but along the entire length of the beach, it is easy to enter the water... Prices vary on the beach, from drinks and sets of sunbeds with umbrellas to a maximum of 10€ per set. The promenade is small, there is music almost every evening, but it's charming... and Potos is close by for those who want to spend a more urban evening. Regarding the studios (Litsa studios), it is small for 4 people (i.e., two children and parents), simply has just enough space to sleep, and the movement of two members is literally a squeeze in the studio (it’s fine for two to three people). Parking is private and free, there is a grill, a garden for socializing... Cool. To get to the beach, you have to take a detour, as there is a private property fenced between the studio and the beach, so you cannot cross those 50 meters from the studio to the beach. But the detour is only an additional 50 meters, so it’s not a big deal. The hosts are great, accommodating for everything. Sometimes they won’t even charge for laundry, and they guide you on everything. Stamatis speaks excellent English, so regarding that, everything is great. The biggest advantage of this accommodation: 150 meters from Litsa studios is the largest supermarket in the southern part of Thassos (Masoutis or something like that), it has everything... even cooked meals to go, so there are plenty of options regarding food... All in all, a fantastic spot for those who wish to explore the beaches, and we also recommend the Oasis beach bar as a beach, in case the guests are not accustomed to exploring (about 150 meters from the accommodation, on the eastern side of the rock).

We are extremely satisfied. There is parking in the courtyard. The studio is harmonious and, above all, clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and cleaning is done every other day. The hosts are exceptionally kind and accommodating, with whom we easily spent about ten minutes each day discussing various topics. The location is suitable. The beach is 200 meters away via a path that is 50 meters from the apartment, and Masutis is just 100 meters away. Potos is a ten-minute leisurely walk. SUPER.

A modest studio, yet the cleanliness is impeccable. The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk from the accommodation, and the market is only 2 minutes away. For any inquiries, feel free to ask the owner; they will be more than happy to assist you.

Ultimately, we are satisfied.

We stayed in a four-person studio at Litsa in the second half of July and were very pleased with the accommodation as well as the friendly hosts. It is located in a great spot along the main road, making it convenient for visiting the beautiful beaches in the area. We particularly enjoyed the beach in Pefkari, although we only spent two days there, as it was our first time on Thassos and we wanted to see as much as possible. Regarding the accommodation, everything was clean, bed linens and towels were regularly changed, and it was peaceful in the evenings. Potos and Limenarija are very close, perfect for evening strolls, although we didn't go out every night since the kids had company in the beautifully arranged courtyard. Highly recommend Litsa studios.

An excellent accommodation for families with school-aged children. The basketball court in the yard offers great entertainment for the little ones, and there is also enough space for football. I would not recommend this place to parents with very young children, as the main road is right at the gate and the beach lacks a long sandy shallow... For others, this is an outstanding choice. My family is extremely satisfied. We will visit Litsa again. :)

We have been coming to this accommodation for five years and we are extremely satisfied. It is very clean and tidy, making it comfortable and pleasant for families with children. We used a room for four with two French beds, and our terrace was shaded throughout the day. The best hosts on the island, landlady Litsa and her son Stamatis, always assisted us whenever we needed something. We used the grill almost daily and enjoyed our meals under the large terrace, socializing with other guests and the villa owners.

We stayed in Litsa from September 6 to 16, 2016, and we were extremely satisfied. The hosts were exceptionally kind. We were surrounded by peace and quiet, even though the main road was nearby. Every morning, we enjoyed the view of the sea. Mosquitoes did not disturb us. The accommodation was a bit cramped for a family of four, but considering that we spent most of our time swimming, this was not a major issue. Everything was very clean and tidy, with hot water, regular changes of linens and towels. I was particularly delighted by the option to use a large freezer. Cars were always parked in the shade. During our stay, wildfires broke out across the island. The owners remained very calm and provided us with information about everything that was happening, for which we are especially grateful. All in all, if we return to the beautiful island of Thassos, we would be more than happy to stay at the Litsa studio again. A big greeting to our hosts and Nikana. :)

A family of four spent 15 days in mid-July. There were no mosquitoes, bees, wasps, or other nuisances. We did not turn on the air conditioning as the nights were very pleasant. The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches nearby (San Antonio, Notos beach, Tripiti, Paradise beach within a 30-minute drive). A diving club is just 100 meters away. Two beaches and a small hill with pine shade are located 150 meters away. Potos is less than a kilometer away for walking, shopping, Tasty corner gyros, etc. In the yard, there is a shaded area with a grill where guests gather, share experiences about the beaches and food, have lunch, drink coffee, and relax until the next adventure. Friendly guests and many new acquaintances. There was not a single incident in two weeks. The kids socialize and play in the large yard every evening. The accommodation is modest, but everything is functional and clean (bed linen changed and clean towels provided three times during the 15 days). The hosts are very pleasant, and it was a pleasure to socialize with the landlady's son Stamatis, receiving useful information about the island and discussing everything and anything. All in all, a very pleasant experience and a beautiful combination of clean and warm sea, the scent of pine forests, and friendly people.

We stayed at this accommodation from June 20 to June 30, 2016. The rooms were clean, and the type of furniture is utterly insignificant compared to the beauty of the place, especially the sea. We stayed from June 15th as a family of four. Two children, one aged 6 and the other just one year old, and it was wonderful. Everything we needed later was provided by the owners, which means they are truly very helpful and kind people. The yard is lovely, and the accommodation is clean and decent. We would definitely vacation there again.

We spent 15 days in Litsi in June and had a phenomenal time. We have never experienced such kind and accommodating hosts. The landlady is a very hardworking woman who is at your service for anything you need, and she even made us cakes. The bedding is changed every 5 days, and towels are also available. The accommodation is modest with old furniture, but everything is impeccably clean. We were accommodated in the lower studio while my sister and her children were on the upper floor. Although there are negative comments about the ground floor studio on the website, I personally feel there is no difference between them; in fact, our studio was better equipped. In the yard, there is a summer house with a grill that can be used. The house is located on the main road, making it ideal as a base for exploring the island. Pefkari beach is about 200m away via a path, but we rarely used it because, although the water is crystal clear and the beach is beautiful, it is not suitable for children due to the quick drop-off into deep water and the presence of sea urchins. However, within a 5 km radius of the house, there are wonderful beaches: San Antonio, Notos beach, Roso Gremos, Psili Ammos, Metalia. I must also mention the landlady's son Stamatios, who provided us with a wealth of useful information and made our vacation more enjoyable with his company, as well as the fact that you can buy phenomenal homemade olive oil from them. The only downside was the mosquitoes, which are present in incredible numbers, but I believe this is the case across the entire island. All in all, a good accommodation for the money and truly wonderful, wonderful people.

Since June 23, 2012, I have been staying in this studio with my family. The studio is small and suitable only for families with young children, as it features a bunk bed. The terrace is small, but it is always shaded, which is a great advantage. The location is nearly perfect, as there are two very beautiful beaches in close proximity. I traveled by car, but those who arrive by bus will not be disappointed, as Potos is just a 5-minute walk from Pefkari, while Limenarija is a few kilometers away and can be reached via a pedestrian path along the sea. The shop, which is modest but offers fresh bread every day, is located 200 meters from the campsite. For more serious shopping, one must go to Potos or Limenarija.
