Hotel Description

Litsa Studios is located in Pefkari, around 200m from the beach. It is surrounded by a courtyard with a summer house, barbecue, playground for children and parking. Studios have a terrace at the back of the house and are isolated from noise.

City beach in Pefkari is 200m away, and first market is just across the street, it is supermarket Masoutis which has very affordable prices.

Villa offers eight studios from which four are 4 bed and other four are 3 bed studios. Three studios are in the high ground floor and other five are on the first floor.

Triple studios (18m2) are in the high ground floor and one is on the first floor. They have one double and one single bed.

Quadruple studios (20m2) are on the first floor. One of them has two double beds, one standard size and one smaller than standard size. Another one is with double bed and two folding armchairs. Another two studios are with one double bed and a bunk bed.

The studios are not luxurious, but clean and decently maintained. The furniture is classic, wooden. Kitchens and bathrooms are of standard apartment quality.

All studios have TV and air conditioning, and signal for wireless internet.

The studios are entered directly from common terrace in front of the villa. Bedroom is separated by door and has entrance to the balcony. All balconies are positioned at the back of the villa, towards a pine forest and the sea. The view, peace and the scents are very pleasant and relaxing. Given that the villa is drawn from the main road and that all balconies are facing the back, towards the pine forest and the sea, the noise from the road can not be heard.

Replacement of towels and linen, as well as cleaning are provided every four days.

In the garden there is basketball court, playground for kids, barbecue, summer house with table, chairs, fridge, television and board games. The owners are very kind and you can ask them for anything you need.

Parking is in the garden.

By car it can be approached from the main road (right turn when coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the main entrance to Pefkari, before turning to parking of the Hotel Thassos), a by foot you can reach it through the pine forest and it can be approached from the back, from the direction of the beach. Along the main road is first a signboard Litsa Studios.

This villa has its many benefits and it is understandable why it is interesting to tourists for years. It has a good location (easily accessible from the main road, and pulled away from it, near the center of Pefkari and the beach - 200m, and neither Potos is not far - 500m).

Hello, the owners are very kind, but the accommodation is quite old and was not clean enough when we arrived. They changed our sheets and towels every three days, which is really wonderful.

The hosts are very kind, and they have a pleasant outdoor space for evening gatherings, spacious and with parking available.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
