Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The Asterias villa in Astris is a decent and clean accommodation at an affordable price, excellent for both families and couples. It is away from the crowds and noise, has a large yard and shade, private parking, and is located in a good area as it is only a ten-minute walk from the beach. Also, Astris is a very good base for exploring the island.
Villa Asterias is located at the exit of Astris. It is 500m away from the city beach.
Asterias is a two-story villa offering 10 studios. It was completely renovated in 2013.
The ground-floor studios (18m2) are triple and have one double and one single bed, except for one that can accommodate four people, as it has a double bed and bunk beds. The bathrooms were renovated for the 2019 season and expanded, with a shower separated by glass.
The upper-floor studios (15m2) are slightly smaller than the ground-floor studios and they are double, with a double bed.
The studios are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.
The ground-floor studios have a veranda with a seating set that leads directly to the yard, while the upper-floor studios have a medium-sized terrace overlooking the front yard of the house. As the house is on a slope, looking from the back of the house, the upper-floor studios also lead directly to the yard behind the house.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
In the backyard, there is a built-in barbecue and several toys for children. The front yard is quite large, with plenty of shade and seating sets, as well as private parking.
The accommodation is located opposite a gas station, in the south of the island, 5km east of Potos.
Villa Asterias can serve as an excellent base. It is only 500m away from a decent city beach, which you can reach on foot if you don't feel like driving. Just a minute's drive from the house is Psili Amos, considered by many one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and nearby is Salonikios (2km).
Considering that Astris doesn't offer much for tourists, Potos is only a five-minute drive away and there you can find everything you need - promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, an amusement park, and a bit of hustle and bustle.
In Astris, there are several tavernas, two grocery stores, a few hotels and villas, an organized beach, and a gas station. In the stores, you can buy fruits, vegetables, and basic groceries. The beach is partly sandy and partly rocky, with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Salonikios beach is only 2km away from the villa, Roso Gremos and San Antonio are 3-4km away, while Livadi and Aliki are about 15km away.
If you want a good base where everything is easily accessible and you don't mind being in a large town, then Villa Asterias is a good choice.
