Asterias Villa is located in Astris. It is a good and clean accommodation with afordable prices. It is an excelant choice for families and couples. It has a yard and parking. Astris is a good starting place for visiting the island.
Asterias Villa is located in the village Astris. The villa is 500m away from the town beach.
House is a two storey villa with 10 studios. It was fully renovated in 2013.
Studios (18m2) on the ground level are triple and have one double and a single bed. Bathrooms have been renovated for the season 2019 and they are extended. They have a shower that is separated with glass.
Studios (15m2) on the floor are slightly smaller and they can accommodate two people. They have one double.
Studios have a TV and air conditioning, hair dryer, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Studios on the ground level have a porch with table and chairs, from which the guests can exit directly to the yard, while studios on the first floor have a midium sized terrace facing the front yard. Given that the house is on the hill, as seen from the back of the house, the studios on the first floor also have a direct exit to the yard.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
In the backyard, there's a grill and a few toys for the children. Front yard is quite big, with lots of shade. It has a few tables with chairs, as well as the private parking.
Villa Asterias is a good starting point for visiting the island. It's only 500m away from the decent town beach, reachable also by foot, if you're not in a mood to drive. Only minutes away from the house is Psili Ammos, considered by many as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Close by is alos the beach Salonikios (2km).
Given that Astris does not offer many facilities for tourists, Potos is at only a 5-minute drive away and there you will find everything you want, promenade, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, amusement parks and a little bit of crowd.
There are several restaurants-taverns in Astris, two food stores, about 15 hotels and villas, one organized beach and a gas station. In the markets, you can buy fruits, vegetables and basic food. The beach is partly sandy, and partly with small rocks. It has umbrellas and deck chairs.
Salonikios beach is only 2km away, Roso Gremos and San Antonio are 3-4km away, while Livadi and Aliki are 15km away from the villa.
If you want an accommodation on the good location, from which everything is close to you, and it's not important for you to be in a big town, the villa Asterias is a good choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
