Kalliopis Houses in Astris is ideal as a base for touring the island. Nearby there are the sandy beaches Salonikios, Psili Ammos and Notos. We recommend it to families with small children because of the large courtyard, and those who want privacy during vacation and don’t like large complexes with many guests.
It’s 500m away from the Astris city beach and about 1,5km from Psiliamos beach. About 200m from the accommodation, there is a market Mathios.
Kalliopis Houses consists of two new buildings with four apartments, located in a huge garden full of olive trees, greenery and flowers. The buildings are identical and have one apartment on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. Apartments are exactly the same, except that apartments on the upper floor have terraces with the sea view.
Apartments (45m2) are spacious and consist of two rooms. The first room has two single beds and a kitchen, and the other has two single beds and a closet. There can be added and an extra bed. The entrance to apartments on the ground floor is from the front side of the house and to apartments on the first floor is from the back side, so both have plenty of privacy.
Apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV, WiFi, safe box, kitchen, bathroom, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is nicely equipped and except hot plates, it has a toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery. Terraces are spacious with outdoor furniture.
The owner will bring bed linen and towels at the beginning of your stay and you can agree about the cleaning with her.
The yard is very spacious, with plenty of grassy area with toys for children in the shade of olive trees. There is also a barbecue, benches, and tables and chairs in the shade. Two buildings can accommodate four families in total, so the yard is never crowded or noisy.
The parking is located inside the yard.
Accommodation is located at the exit of Astris, as seen from the direction of Prinos, 5km east of Potos, opposite the gas station, on the left side of the road.
Kalliopi Villas are ideal for those who prefer accommodations surrounded by greenery in a quiet location, away from the city. At the same time the town Astris, where are several restaurants and a supermarket, can be reached in 4-5 minutes walk beside the main road, and to Potos, where there are really a lot of facilities for tourists, is just 5 minutes of driving away.

Our apartments are new-built and include anything that may be necessary for a careless living, letting you to enjoy all the opportunities Thassos is providing. Each apartment is private, with it’s own independent entrance. It consists of a huge balcony, two rooms: one comfortable bedroom of 16 square meters and a living room of 25m2, a pleasant bathroom with 24 hours of hot water and of course, infinite view to the sea and the nearby forest. The living room includes a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (cooker, fridge, pots and pans), allowing you to prepare a snack, a breakfast or a meal in between the time of your return from the beach and an evening outing. A sun umbrella is waiting in the balcony, to shade the midday`s hot sun. An air conditioner, a safe, coffee maker and boiler are included, too, as well as a hair dryer. There is also a TV set with a satellite receiver (hot bird) in the room. The place can be modified with two, three or four beds, depending in your needs. There is the possibility of a fifth bed as well. All the furniture is new.
Outside the apartment, is a really huge garden implanted with all types of trees and vegetables, which you can use. There is plenty of space, parking your car under the shadow is not a problem. You can even read a book or have a wine through the trees. There is also a playground among grapes and peach-trees. For our guests, we offer traditional treats (honey, cherry, nut, fig or quince) and a bottle of extra-virgin olive oil of Thassos!

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
