Panorama Villa is a decent accommodation located on a very quiet location, away from traffic and noise. Guests have at their disposal air-conditioned accommodation units, very good maintained, as well as built-in a barbecue, while the friendly owner makes big effort to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
Accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, also known as Golden Beach, around 700m from the first beach.
Panorama Villa consist of two very similar, two-floor buildings, located one next to another. Both houses have long shared balconies on the back side, from where’s the entrance to studios and apartments, while on the front there are private balconies with a fantastic view of the entire bay, from Skala Panagia to Skala Potamia.
Tourists have 12 units at their disposal - five quadruple studios, six triple studios and one five-bed apartment.
Some accommodation units have been renovated, and have new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. However, units that haven’t been renovated are also in a good condition, as you can see in the photos.
The apartment (35m2) is located on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with two connected and a separate single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with two connected single beds. It has neither terrace nor balcony, but entrance porch with table and chairs and part of the yard in front of the porch.
The studios have single beds or double beds, the layout is varied. The area of double and triple studios is 22m2, while the area of quadruple studios is 28m2.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with a fridge and mini stove with the oven (or stove top with two burners), TV (plain or LCD), WiFi internet access, mosquito nets on doors and windows, a separate balcony overlooking the greenery, rooftops and the sea.
Cleaning, change of bedding and towels is done every three days.
Also, both buildings have in front and the back side, a fenced and not too big yard with greenery, tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and a faucet.
There is enough space around the accommodation to leave your car because there is no traffic in the street.
The accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, left from the road. Wooden sign which shows where to turn is easily visible, and is shown on the attached photos. Otherwise, the path to villas is not very long, about 300 meters, it’s slightly angled, but sufficiently broad and mostly paved, so that the villas are not difficult to reach. Villas are in a short, dead-end street so there’s no traffic.
First market is around 450m away. Every morning, a friendly seller with bakery products passes by accommodation.
If you want a new and decent accommodation near Golden beach then Panorama Villa can be an excellent choice. It’s about 700m from the best part of the beach. If you don’t mind that villa is on a hill, you’ll need 5-6 minutes walk to the beach. Golden Beach is great as a base, because it’s close to Paradise beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, as well as the capital city Limenas with the most facilities for tourists. Skala Potamia is 3km away, and it provides more content than Skala Panagia, while ethno village of Panagia is 2-3 minute drive away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
