Hotel Description

Panorama Studios is a decent accommodation located in a very peaceful position, away from traffic and noise. Guests have at their disposal air-conditioned units, meticulously maintained, as well as a built-in barbecue, while the friendly owner strives to provide a pleasant stay for his guests.

The accommodation is situated in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, about 700m away from the nearest beach.

There are 30 accommodation units available to tourists, distributed in two buildings - three quadruple studios (28m2), five triple studios (22m2), two double studios (22m2), and one five-bed apartment (37m2).

All three quadruple studios feature two double beds, with two studios located on the first floor, while the third one is on the second floor. Three triple studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person, while two of them have three single beds. Four triple studios are on the first floor, and one triple studio is on the second floor.

Out of the five triple studios in this accommodation, only three have been renovated (two on the first floor and one on the second floor). All other units remain unrenovated.

The double studios are located on the ground floor and have two attached single beds. In one of the double studios, an extra bed can be added for a third person.

The apartment (35m2) is situated on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with one double and one separate single bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. It doesn’t have a terrace or balcony, but it has a covered porch in front of the entrance with a table and chairs, as well as a part of the yard in front of the porch.

The units are air-conditioned, have a separate bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a fridge and a mini stove with an oven (or a two-burner stove), a TV (regular or LCD), WiFi internet, mosquito nets on doors and windows, a private balcony overlooking the greenery, rooftops, and the sea.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Both buildings have a fenced and not very large yard at the front and back, with greenery, tables, chairs, sunshades, a built-in barbecue, and a fountain.

There is ample parking space around the villa due to it being located on a quiet street.

The accommodation is situated in Skala Panagia, on a hill to the left of the main road. The wooden sign for the turn is easily visible and is also shown in the photographs. The road to the villas is not very long, perhaps about 300 meters, slightly inclined but wide enough and mostly asphalted, making it easy to reach. The villas are on a short, tranquil, dead-end street with no traffic.

The first market is located 450m away. Every morning, a vendor with bakery products passes by the accommodation.

If you are looking for a new and decent accommodation near Golden Beach, then Panorama Studios could be an excellent choice. If the hillside location is not a concern, it takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the beach. Golden Beach is a great base, as it is close to Paradise Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, as well as the main town of Limenas, with the most amenities for tourists. Skala Potamia is 3km away and offers slightly more amenities than Skala Panagia, while the traditional village of Panagia is a 2-3 minute drive away.

Excellent accommodation. The bathroom has been renovated, it is clean, and there is a beautiful view from the terrace. We really liked it.

An excellent accommodation, with beautiful rooms furnished with new furniture and well-equipped. The host, Stavra, is very kind and always at your service. Everything is exceptionally clean.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
