Efi Luxury is a high quality accommodation with a pool that provides complete privacy to its guests. The accommodation is modernly furnished and it has everything that is needed for a pleasant family vacation. Villa is situated on the hill with a beautiful sea view.

Luxury house Efi (110m2) is located in Golden Beach, less than 100m away from the one of the most famous sandy beaches on Thassos. This is a new and modernly equipped building that can accommodate up to seven people.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen (large fridge, large freezer, two ovens, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle etc.) and a dining table with chairs. The living room has an access to a large terrace overlooking the entire Golden Beach bay, as well as the swimming pool. In the living room, there is also a corner sofa. On this floor, there are two air-conditions and one toilet.

On the middle floor, there are two bedrooms. Each of them has a double bed, air condition and a wardrobe. On this floor, there is also one bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor there is a third bedroom which also has a double bed and an air condition, but it is a little bit bigger than the first two rooms. An extra bed can be put for a child till 14 years of age. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a shower. In the hall, there is a washing machine.

If there are four people in the accommodation, the third bedroom is been locked.

From the ground floor you can access the pool with a hydro massager. Around the pool there are sunbeds.

Cleaning and replacement of linen and towels are being done every 2-3 days, depending of the length of stay.

Accommodation also has a private parking.

It is very easy to find this accommodation. You need to go to the end of the bay. Continue going uphill and turn to the first street on your left. It is a dusty road. The second house you will see is Efi Luxury Villa.

Nearby there are shops, restaurants and sandy beach, Golden Beach, known as one of the most beautiful on the island. The nearest supermarket and bakery are around 100m away.

For more entertainment, fun and nightlife you can go to Skala Potamia that is only three minutes away by car or to Limenas that is just a 10-15 minute drive.

We recommend Efi Luxury to all of you who want privacy, as well as a new, nicely decorated and very clean accommodation in a good location. There is no noise or traffic, and since it is on a hill, from the balcony you can enjoy in an excellent panoramic view of the city and the beach.

The construction of Luxury Villa Efi Thassos was just completed in 2015 on the verdant paradise of Thassos island, having only in mind the utmost comfort and relaxation of our guests.

On the ground floor of the 75m2 villa you'll find two bedrooms equipped with double beds and with a panoramic sea view. On the first floor, you'll find the living room with the big sofa that transforms into a comfortable double bed and can accommodate two more persons, and the big kitchen with the Enox appliances and the modern and elegant decorative elements. Relax in the private pool with the Jacuzzi in the garden or enjoy the panoramic view of Golden beach from the balcony. Cleaning and new towels approx. every 2-3 days.
