The studio is situated in an outstanding location on Golden Beach. The accommodation is right on the beach, which is the most beautiful stretch in this area (we walked the entire beach, covering a distance of 3 km). Everything is neat and clean, with towels and bed linens changed every three days. Everything within the studio functions properly. Overall, the impression is excellent, but realistically, the price should be 10-15% lower compared to the current offer, as for that amount, one can find accommodation with breakfast in 3-star hotels. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to everyone and would return to the same place again.

We are satisfied. The location is excellent, close to the beach, market, bakery, and restaurants. There is no need to use a car. It is clean. There is a small kitchen equipped with a stove, plates, forks, spoons, pots, and pans. We liked the bathroom, but the water pressure was low while showering. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, and the pillows were hard. We did not like the parking situation as we have a larger car, making it harder to find a spot. The landlady and the cleaning staff were kind and pleasant. The sea was beautiful and clean; there were waves for two days, then it calmed down. Free sunbeds can be found on the beach, but you must order a drink. There were no mosquitoes. Thank you, Nikani; we will look for accommodation through them again.

The greatest advantage of this apartment is its proximity to the beach; you simply cross the promenade and you are there. It is not suitable if you wish to prepare food, as it only has two hot plates and a sink without space for dish storage. Additionally, there is no kettle for boiling water, so you cannot even brew coffee without heating the entire space. If you decide to cook, be sure to bring pots, pans, and lids from home, as what is available is not in good condition. The air conditioning works, but very poorly. The bathroom is excellent. The terrace is also excellent. The beds are somewhat mixed; one of the three beds was good, while the other two were not so much. We did not see the owner; for anything you need, there is a local shop below, and the staff there is willing to assist. VERY IMPORTANT: I found it quite irresponsible that the housekeeper, while changing the linens and towels, left the key in the lock and the door wide open, which remained that way until the evening when we arrived. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but it was not very convenient. When we informed her of what she had done, we could not communicate effectively as she does not speak English, yet she insisted that it was not her key nor did she intend to take it. However, after a few days, they came to retrieve it from the local shop below, claiming that everything was in order and that nothing was missing.

The location of the accommodation is outstanding. You pass through the souvenir shop and you are immediately at the beach. It is exceptionally clean. Towels are changed every two days, and bed linens every three. We were accommodated in a studio that overlooks the mountain (2+1). The extra bed is completely functional, literally like a regular bed. The studio is spacious, the terrace is large and beautiful with an awning, and the bathroom is bright and roomy. The air conditioning works excellently. The equipment of the kitchenette is classically Greek (but that is what we expected). The furniture is old but functional. The only downside was the lower water pressure on the weekends (in the shower). We did not inquire whether this was a problem with the accommodation or generally on the island during the weekends. Overall impression is excellent. A place we would gladly return to :).

We were accommodated in a four-person apartment with a sea view. The apartment itself is, in a word, decent; it is definitely not for those with high expectations, but it contains the majority of what is needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is modestly equipped, typically Greek, with two burners, a sink, and basic utensils, so we, guided by previous comments, brought along some additional items for the child. The hygiene is good, towels are changed every 2-3 days, and bed linens every fourth day. Even at our request to replace just one bed linen early, all remaining linens were replaced. All beds are for one person and are paired together. The room is relatively comfortable, but our affections were undoubtedly captured by the spacious terrace, which is truly exceptionally large, allowing us to have all our meals there, while sipping coffee or beer with a view of the sea was priceless. A minor complaint would be directed at the bathroom, which is extremely cramped, with a standing shower, and where, despite the presence of a curtain, it is impossible to avoid water splashing everywhere while showering. I have the impression that the water drainage is not optimally designed, but considering the high temperatures, everything dried quickly. Each apartment has a designated and arranged parking space, which was very important to me, so you can freely come and go with your car at any time without worrying about having to call someone to move their vehicle. The proximity to the sea is incredible; you will always be able to hear the sound of the waves from your room or the terrace. The beach is everywhere "occupied" by umbrellas and sunbeds, so you will need to budget at least €8 per day for ordered coffee or drinks (as it was at the beginning of August). The first free section of the beach is about a 10-minute walk towards Skala Potamii. Otherwise, the beach itself is fantastic, a paradise for parents with small children, as the entry into the water is incredibly gradual and shallow, allowing an adult to walk into the water perhaps 100 meters while still touching the soft sandy bottom with their feet. The place is incredibly peaceful, yet you can find everything you need. There is a bakery across the street, and the nearest well-stocked grocery store is about 50 meters away. Thassos is not a large island, so wherever you wish to go, it won't be far. Most of our people prefer Potos and that southern side of the island, but we much preferred this part of the island. There is much less crowding, the water seems cleaner, and due to the small child, the proximity to Limenas, the island's capital, where there are more clinics compared to that southern part, which, thank God, we did not need. In any case, for those who enjoy a quiet, truly peaceful vacation without much hustle and bustle, this is the right place for them. I would also like to add that at any time of the day, there are free sunbeds available, so there is no need to wake up early and rush to secure sunbeds. We saw the owner upon departure, during payment; she is a lovely lady but does not speak English. However, for everything we needed, we turned to the girl at the beach bar, who works right downstairs, below the apartment. Our heartfelt recommendation, and we know we will definitely return here again.

We have just returned from Thassos and we are absolutely delighted. The location of the studio is fantastic, as is its cleanliness. The beach is excellent, spacious, and uncrowded. The place is peaceful and lacks any special amenities. A bakery is located just 5 meters from the accommodation, while a market is a bit further away. The accommodation is modestly furnished, yet equipped with everything necessary: air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, and a terrace... The owner is a charming elderly lady who unfortunately speaks only Greek, making communication somewhat challenging. Everyone who arrives gets confused because they look for a reception. There is no reception. It is sufficient to notify the souvenir shop on the ground floor, and they will call the owner to bring the key. For those who enjoy crowds, Potamia is nearby. Panagia is also close, a delightful little place known for its most delicious lamb. All in all, I would love to return there!

One of the most beautiful annual vacations, Villa Fotini is undoubtedly the best choice. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the terraces are large. Cleaning is done every 2-3 days, with towels and bed linens being changed. A perfect score of 10. Mrs. Fotini is a wonderful woman, and everyone is very kind, always available for any information or assistance. We hope that next year Villa Fotini will be our choice again.

Our vacation came to an end yesterday. We carry beautiful memories from Thassos. It is located in a peaceful area where everything is closed by midnight, yet it is close to places with clubs and bars. For those who appreciate tranquility and silence, this is the perfect spot. The owner is a lovely elderly woman, and although she does not speak English, it is clear that she will do everything to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet and serene part of Golden Beach, this is the right place. Highly recommended!

We vacationed here this year. Our impressions are more than positive. This accommodation greatly contributed to making this vacation one of the most beautiful. We were accommodated in studio number 3, which overlooks the mountain. Initially, when we booked the vacation, it bothered us a bit, and we were somewhat disappointed that we did not get a room with a sea view, but in the end, it didn't bother us at all. Moreover, one day a strong wind blew from the sea to the land, so we were sheltered on the other side and could relax on the terrace. By the way, the rooms with a sea view are numbers 1 and 4, while the ones with a mountain view are 2 and 3. What impressed us at first glance was the spaciousness of the studio; wherever we have vacationed before, we had small rooms where you could barely turn around. This room is like a 25-square-meter apartment, and the bathroom is not the typical Greek one where you can barely shower; instead, it is cornered, with a massage area and seating space. The bathroom is huge and bright because the entire outer wall is made of glass panels, which gives a great impression. The kitchen is fine, nicely done, with two classic hot plates and an excellent new extractor fan that works. As for the dishes, you have everything you need for cooking. The only thing missing is a large knife, so if you plan to come here, be sure to bring one from home. This wasn't important to us as we didn't cook or eat in the room. The terrace is excellent, large, beautiful, with a very nice seating set and awning. Of course, there is also air conditioning that works perfectly. There is a TV in the room, which is too small at 37 cm, portable, but we didn't use it because we really didn't need it while on vacation. What is very important to mention is the exceptional hygiene; we have not experienced this in studios in Greece so far. The bedding and towel set (one large for bathing and one small for the face per person) are changed every other day, and the room is generally cleaned at that time! Dust is wiped in the room, on the terrace, the bathroom is cleaned, and the floors inside and on the terrace are washed. Truly deserving of every praise. What also makes this accommodation excellent is its position and proximity to the beach! It is located in the middle, or rather the first part of the beach, the most beautiful part for swimming, where all the restaurants and cafes are located. The bakery is across the street, just 10 m away, and there is an excellent mini market 50 m away (prices are 10-20 cents higher than in large supermarkets, which is negligible, and you have everything you need, so you don't have to drive and go shopping unnecessarily). The best part is that the property is right on the beach, so you don't have to walk far; you can wake up in the morning and have coffee on your own beach, and you can go back to the room anytime for something, to the restroom, etc. This is especially important for families with small children (hauling things to and from the beach, bringing this and that for the child, restroom... etc., women know why). Mrs. Fotini is the owner; she is an older lady, doesn't speak English, but you can communicate somehow. In the store below the accommodation, there is a girl who also serves as a translator. She is wonderful, living right across from the accommodation and is there for anything you need. I hope I managed to convey this accommodation to you. In any case, it has our highest recommendations, not just for the accommodation but also for Thassos as a destination, and Golden Beach especially for its location.

The accommodation is excellent, parking is provided, and it is located right on the beach. The landlady does not speak English, but the staff on the ground floor of the property is there to assist her and you. The accommodation is well-equipped, with excellent WiFi signal, and the bedding is changed every three days. The terraces of the double rooms are nice, but significantly smaller than those of the triple rooms. Given that the accommodation is situated to the east, the view and seating on the terrace of the triple room is something everyone would desire. The proximity to Marble Beach (6 km) can be reached via an unpaved but very good road/makadam. Tip for the market - when you disembark from the ferry, in the street that leads directly to the island, you should see a large supermarket on your right. If not, ask someone, because, for example, in Golden Beach, we bought 3-4 items for 20 euros, while from that market, we couldn't carry out bags from the car for 50 euros. Pay attention to the beach bars, as the price difference for beer (Mythos draft 0.5) on sunbeds just 2 meters apart is a whole euro. There are not many places to go out, and it is not crowded at night, so you will sleep very well. All in all, highly recommended.

The property is situated right on the beach and features only four apartments, two of which overlook the sea, while the other two face the road (west or mountain). We chose the apartment that faces the mountain and throughout our journey to Thassos, we worried about whether we would even be able to use the terrace in the afternoon and whether it would be too hot in the apartment since it faces west. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled because, due to the position of the mountain and the orientation of the house, the terrace does not face directly west and is not exposed to the sun all afternoon, allowing us to enjoy the terrace worry-free all day long. The terrace is spacious enough to accommodate three people, and we even pulled out the additional folding bed, and there was still ample room to function normally. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and instead of a regular shower cabin, it has a knee-high bathtub... I must admit that having a curtain or any kind of barrier would be excellent, as I am known for soaking the entire bathroom without it... Fortunately, there is a drain in the floor :) The room is also clean and neat, with bed linens and towels changed regularly, and the kitchenette is functional enough to survive a holiday. It has two hot plates, a small refrigerator, and a sink... A minor complaint is the lack of sufficient utensils... For instance, we didn't have a single glass, the knives are all for spreading, making it difficult to cut fruits or salad with them, there is one pot, one frying pan, and a ladle the size of a small paddle, which does not match the size of the cookware at all. Below the apartment is a beach shop with various trinkets for the beach, children, and women, and on the other side, facing the beach, there are several taverns and restaurants, among which it's hard to determine which is better. From American burgers and pizzas to calamari and other seafood, to moussaka and souvlaki... You won't go hungry. For daily supplies, there are two stores within a 200m radius. The beach is beautiful, just like the entire Golden Beach, and the water is divine. There are sun loungers and showers available on the beach. The loungers are not charged separately; you just pay for a drink and the loungers are yours. If that seems too expensive, no one will mind if you bring your own towels and set them up in front of the loungers by the sea. Prices of drinks, of course, vary depending on the café in front of which the loungers are located, so it’s worth checking the locations.
