Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Kapsogeorgis Studios is located in Kinira, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is situated in a tranquil location, surrounded by greenery, and is an excellent choice for those who wish to spend their vacation in a less urban setting. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the courtyard is ideal for relaxation and leisure.
The beach is 50 meters away. The entrance to the water is rocky, while after a few meters there is sand.
Kapsogeorgis Studios offers a total of 11 accommodation units:
One studio (4 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) for four people, located on the first floor, featuring one double bed in the living room and two single beds in a separate area without doors between the rooms. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a balcony with a sea view.
Two maisonettes (50m2) that can accommodate up to five people, with the lower level on a high ground floor and the upper level on the first floor. The upper level (gallery) features a double bed, while the lower level has a sofa bed for two people and a pull-out armchair for one person. There are no doors between these two levels. The maisonettes are equipped with two air conditioning units, one on each level. The sea is visible from the upper level, but there is no balcony upstairs; instead, it is located on the lower level in front of the entrance. The maisonettes have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
One four-bed studio (4 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) on a high ground floor (three steps above ground level), with one double bed and a sofa bed for two children up to 10 years old or one adult. This studio includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Five standard studios (2 Bed Studio (2+1), Standard 40m2) for three people, located on a high ground floor (three to four steps above ground level). These studios have wooden beds and furniture, are not renovated, and therefore are more affordable than other accommodation units. They each have two single beds and an additional bed for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is also not renovated and does not have a shower cabin, but a bathtub without a curtain.
One three-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, Unlimited Sea View, 40m2) located on the upper floor, featuring a large balcony with a fantastic sea view. This studio has a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children up to 10 years old or one adult. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin.
One three-bed studio (3 Bed Studio, Partial Sea View, 40m2) on the high ground floor, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a glass partition.
All accommodation units have a well-equipped kitchen with necessary utensils, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, and more. They also feature a TV, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Free wireless internet is available.
All units have their own balcony with a table and chairs, and there are also tables and chairs in the courtyard for guests to use. A stone-built barbecue is available in the courtyard.
A baby cot can be provided upon request.
Housekeeping is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Small pets are allowed by arrangement with the owners.
Private parking is provided for all vehicles.
When you disembark from the ferry, follow the signs for Skala Potamia, then for Kinira. Once you enter the village of Kinira, after a few hundred meters on the right side of the road, you will see Dimitrelis studios, and on the left side, a sign and a turn for Kapsogeorgis studios. Turn left and drive about 50 meters, and on the left side, you will see the accommodation.
If you are looking for decent and clean accommodation near the beach in a peaceful location on the island, then Kapsogeorgis studios could be a good choice.
