The space is spacious, and the kitchen is nicely equipped, with a refrigerator that has a small freezing compartment, which is excellent!

The apartment on the floor where we stayed offers a beautiful view, as the terrace overlooks the sea. The apartment is comfortable, the hygiene is exceptional, and the owner is courteous and kind. There were two downsides: the bedroom door could not close properly, which means it does not block sound from the dining area, so if someone snores, and that bothers you while trying to sleep, you will hear it. This was quite bothersome for us because we specifically chose an additional bedroom, i.e., an apartment rather than a studio, to rest better. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was unusually loud. Despite these removable downsides, we had a lovely time and felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to the owners and Nikana for providing us with a relaxed and peaceful vacation and a pleasant stay. Particularly, all praise goes to Nikana for assistance in every situation we reached out for help. It is a wonderful feeling to have a reliable partner in organizing your holiday, and we truly felt that way.

Hello, our vacation has unfortunately come to an end; it seems that all beautiful things are short-lived. I would like to share my impressions regarding the accommodation. We are truly satisfied... We had towels, a hairdryer, bath products, shampoos, soaps, and all the necessary dishwashing items. They cleaned and changed the bedding for us twice, and everything smelled wonderful afterward! The air conditioning is perfectly positioned, cooling both rooms effortlessly, ensuring a quality sleep. The terraces offer a stunning view, the proximity to the beach, and the courtyard... truly, all praises. I thank you for your cooperation and I am confident that we will choose your services for our vacation again next year.

Our apartment was located on the upper floor. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The bedding was changed once, and the apartment was cleaned three times. The towels are impeccably white, just like the linens. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The refrigerator is larger, which was truly significant for us. The apartment also includes a kettle. The beach is very close, as is the promenade with taverns. There is no noise, only the sound of the waves. Sincere recommendations.

At the end of August, we stayed in an apartment with a baby and a small child. A significant advantage of this apartment is its proximity to a well-maintained sandy beach, which is ideal for children, and there is also a promenade nearby. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard as well as on the street in front of the villas. Everything is equipped and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. It is very likely that we will meet again.

We have visited numerous places in Thassos, yet this apartment boasts the finest location; step outside and you find yourself on the beach. Considering the price and the surroundings, I can confidently say that this is the best place we have stayed at so far in Potamia.

If we return to Thassos, we will certainly come here. Close to everything, but not too noisy. The beach is great for kids. The dog enjoyed it.

The accommodation is situated in a fantastic location. It is quite spacious; we stayed on the upper floor (app 8), which allowed us to enjoy two terraces (one of which is always cool 😁). They cleaned for us and changed the linens and towels every 2-3 days. Everything is nearby: the beach, supermarket, restaurant, souvenir shops...

The accommodation was excellent, comfortable, clean, and conveniently close to the sea, which was our top priority since we were traveling with small children. The hosts were exceptionally kind.

Our air conditioning was not working, but the owner came with a technician and resolved everything. Parking is available in the yard, and often in front of the villa as well. In such a large space, an additional bed for two is necessary, rather than just a small loveseat. Moreover, it is essential that at the time you are supposed to enter the room, i.e., at 12 o'clock, there is someone to greet you.

In my opinion, the apartment boasts an excellent location, both in terms of micro and macro aspects. From here, one can easily visit many beaches on Thassos, which we did. However, this local beach meets all our standards regarding cleanliness, comfort, proximity to restaurants and markets, as well as facilities for children. As for the apartment itself, it satisfies all the needs of a family of four. It features two terraces, one of which is always shaded. The two-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, and the bathroom is quite tidy. The maid comes every other day to clean the apartment, and the linens are changed every three days. The host, Kostas, is genuinely friendly and only comes when called if there is a problem, which he resolves promptly. Specifically, we had an issue with the key. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is located in the very center, right next to a nightclub, which creates significant noise until 4 or 5 in the morning. The kitchen is poorly equipped, and the ground-floor apartments have a damp smell. The television works, but the cable is not connected. The city plaza is suitable for children up to 4-5 years old, but for older kids, it is challenging, as the shallow area is quite wide, and the cleanliness of the sea is not at a commendable level. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days, which is acceptable. The woman we saw, presumably the owner, was decent and kind. Overall, we could have received better value for our money.

The owner, Kostas, does not speak English, has some knowledge of German, and is occasionally present in the morning, while people constantly come by asking for the reception. Cleaning is satisfactory, towels are also provided, and the woman who cleans is friendly and tries to be accommodating. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles, provided you can coordinate with other guests about exiting, and if you have an unpleasant Greek taxi driver who will confront you for parking there, it is safer to park on the street. The accommodation has potential with some minor adjustments.

You can truly feel the friendship; even the cleaner was so kind that she kissed our children every time she came. + The apartments are spacious and beautiful, each with two terraces (at any time of the day, one of the mentioned terraces offers shade). - I believe it is time for the apartments to be renovated.

Dear Sir/Madam, The villa is new, well-built, and truly comfortable, featuring a separate bedroom and two terraces. However, to enhance the overall service, I would like to share a few impressions. For instance, the kitchen is poorly equipped. There is no ladle, and when we inquired about it, the owners stated that no apartment is equipped with a ladle. I was visibly surprised by this, which the hosts noticed, and they provided a ladle a few days later. The cutlery was set for three people, while there are four of us, so they later completed the set. The mosquito nets and bug screens on the doors and passages are damaged and do not function. Additionally, the refrigerator with a freezer, aside from having specific odors, was turned off, so guests who bring food supplies must wait an entire day for the refrigerator to start functioning properly... There was unfinished work regarding the electrical installations in one place where there should presumably be a switch, and I do not know whether the power is turned off there or if it is dangerous, but I will send you a picture via email, so you can assess it yourself. The floors in the apartment were not cleaned, which is, for example, a minor issue that the owners could change, but towels and bed linens were regularly changed upon request. The villa is close to the sea and the beach, but for our taste, the beach is overcrowded and noisy (overrun with numerous gaming machines for children that create a lot of noise, etc.), so we went 1.5 km further to Golden Beach where we found the ideal part of the beach for us. I spent eight wonderful days. The apartment is excellent.

My husband, our 16-year-old son, and our 5-year-old daughter stayed in a villa in August, and we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was new, from the furniture to the dishes. It was comfortable, with cleaning every three days and fresh linens. The location was close to the beach, supermarket, and tavern. For the children, there were evening activities like a fun park, toy cars, and trains, all nearby. Honestly, I think there are no downsides... The owner was kind, communicative, and cheerful.

Our family of five stayed at this villa at the end of June, and I can only praise it. The villa is new, the apartments are comfortable, and the furniture, equipment, and kitchen utensils are also new. It is just 50 meters away from a beautiful beach, and in the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, a promenade, and restaurants, with minimal noise.
