Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
This is a very nice and recently built hotel, all in brown tones, with private earthen parking, indoor and outdoor bar with a very small pool, reception, lobby, playroom and with upper-class furniture and equipment.
A three-star hotel, Kladis Club Holidays, is located in Skala Potamia, approximately in the middle of the bay, some 200m from the beach, close to Villa Angelo, also on offer at this site. It is 1.5km away from the city center.
It has a total of 15 accommodation units of different types for two to six people.
There are three apartments (junior suites) for a maximum of four people, consisting of a living room with a fireplace, two sofa beds and a kitchen (sink, work elements, refrigerator, mini stove with hotplates and a small oven and a microwave) and a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and balcony. Two are on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
There is one executive triple studio on the ground floor, as well as one executive triple room. The room does not have a stove with hotplates and a small oven, but only a microwave and a refrigerator. It has a double bed and a sofa. The studio is part of the kitchen, in addition to a microwave and a refrigerator, and also a mini stove with hotplates and an oven, and as a third bed there is a regular single bed.
Maisonettes are for a maximum of three or four people on two levels, without a kitchen, with a minibar in the room. They occupy the first floor and the attic. There are five four-bed maisonettes of the Premium Junior Suite type (the room on the gallery has two single beds) and three three-bed maisonettes of the Junior Suite type (the room on the gallery has one narrow double bed or a standard single bed).
One five-bed room without a kitchen (Deluxe Suite) has a double bed, two single beds and a sofa in the same room with a kitchenette (without a hotplate, but with a sink, fridge, kettle and microwave). It is located on the first floor.
One six-bed apartment (Golden Suite) on the ground floor, with a private pool and sun loungers, has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there are two leather sofa beds. It has a kitchen equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge.
All units have new, modern and comfortable furniture, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, fridge or minibar, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, wireless internet signal, separate bathroom, and balcony.
Cleaning and replacement of linen and towels are provided. Bringing pets is not allowed.
The hotel has a very nicely decorated bar, with indoor and outdoor work, where in addition to drinks, you can order some simple meals (sandwiches, pizza, spaghetti). In addition to music videos and sports events, the bar offers quiet and pleasant music on a large LCD TV.
The hotel also has an extremely well-equipped basement game room with computers, game console, table tennis, table football, pool table, chess and other board games, two-seater sofa, armchairs, darts, LCD TV, fitness equipment, etc.
Private parking is provided.
It is very easy to find, and if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left from the main road at the Hotel Korina and continue driving straight until you reach Issalos studios. Turn right, where after a few meters on your left, you will come across a corner of the Villa Kladis.
The first store is located about 150m from the accommodation.
If you have a refined taste, you like to stay in a nice and cozy environment and it suits you to be located fairly close to the beach, have a parking space for your or rented car, and have fun in a well-equipped game room designed for all ages, Kladis Club Holidays is the right choice for you.

Zainteresovani smo za studio tipa B, za 3 osobe, u periodu od 23.06.2015.do 07.07.2015. godine. Zanima nas da li su ti stidii locirani samo u suterenu, kao što smo zaključili iz priloženih slika, ili ih ima i na drugim etažama? Na koju stranu su okrenute terase studia ovog tipa, prema ulici ili prema dvorištu. Napominjem da nam je Kladis poznat jer smo nekoliko godina letovali u vili Angelo.
