Description
Sofi's House is a decent accomodation, not far from the beach, where the majority of the accommodation units has fantastic seaview. There is a private parking at your disposal.
Sofi's House is located in Kinira, on the right side of the road if you are coming from the direction of Skala Potamia. It's 200m away from the beach.
Sofi's House has rooms, studios and apartments.
There are 3 rooms that have kitchen, the rest don't, but all have refrigerators. Besides that, rooms have TV with satellite television, air conditioner, large terraces with fantastic view of the sea (only one studio doesn't overlook the sea), wireless internet signal, mosquito nets, and iron and hair dryer that can be obtained by request. Baby cot also has to be requested.
All rooms are two-bedded, but auxiliary bed can be added. All are located on the 2nd floor.
There are two apartments on the 1st floor.
One has two bedrooms and one living room. There is one king bed (two single beds) in bedrooms, and a sofa for two people in the living room. This apartment is ideal for two couples or for four adults and two smaller children, and can be suitable for a bigger family.
There's a bunk bed and one single bed in the other apartment, in one area. In the other area is a king bed.
Both apartments have two air conditioners.
Cleaning of the rooms is daily, and bed linen and towel change is being done on every 3 days.
There's a pizzeria on the ground floor. The yard is nicely decorated, full of greenery, flowers, toys for kids, deck chairs, fruits and grassy surface. The villa has a private parking.
If you want a real vacation away from the crowd and traffic, then Sofi's house can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
