Our description
Thalassies Studios is affordable and modest accommodation in Limenaria. Except Thalassies Studios accommodation the owners have and Thalassies and Thalassies Nouveau hotels, whose pool can be used by guests from Thalassies Studios and they can also pay for breakfast or half board.
The villa is 50m away from the city beach and 100m away from the supermarket.
The accommodation was built in 1996 and renovated in 2004. Only two double studios are available for online reservations, with one double (10m2) and with two single beds (12-13m2). Both studios are located on the ground floor, just a few steps above the ground level. Within the studio, there is a small and equipped kitchen with a hot plate and fridge, as well as a bathroom without an enclosed shower area. The owners can also provide a baby cot. Extra bed for the third person can be added only in the studio with two single beds.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, safe box, mosquito nets and hairdryer.
The sun beds and umbrellas on the beach belong to the hotel and their use is free of charge.
Breakfast is the buffet style, while dinner consists of soup, salad, a choice between two main dishes and dessert.
Cleaning is performed every day, towels are replaced after two and bed linen after three days.
The yard is nicely decorated, with a lawn and pool.
There's no private parking, but you'll find a space nearby. The owners can also help you with this.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right on the last turn before the bridge (50m after the Helios supermarket). The route will lead you to the right and bring you right in front of the accommodation.
If you want afordable accommodation in a good location, Thalassies Studios can be a good choice.

Owners description
Studios Thalassies offers three studios. It's located 70m from the beach of Limenaria. All are fully air-conditioned with equipped kitchenettes.
Two of the studios are located on the ground floor and each can accommodate two people. One of the double studios has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed. Their bathrooms are small, with a shower on the floor.
On the first floor is found the triple studio which can sleep 3 people in 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The rooms have furnished balconies with views to the other properties situated around.
Studios Thalassies offers the pool, children pool, bar, free WiFi internet, gym and sauna. Nearby you can find a full range of taverns, bars and shops.
Guests of this accommodation can use the parking lot of a nearby hotel free of charge.
All studios have been renovated in 2015.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate 2 apartmana (za 4 odrasle osobe bez dece) u terminu od 20. do 30. jula, polupansion (dorucak i vecera) i koja je cena? U obzir dolaze i drugi termini od 10 dana u periodu od 15. do 30. jula. Pozdrav!
