Owners description
In this villa there are five fully equipped studios (family studio, superior studio and studio) that have been renovated in May of 2017.
Olea House is a welcoming place with a unique look and is located in Limenaria. It is surrounded by olive trees. It is an option that combines high aesthetics, tranquility and privacy. Olea House is an ideal base for a delightful holiday on the island of Thassos. Away from the noise of the city and at the same time very close to it. It is only 800m away from the center of Limenaria.
Our separate rooms are carefully designed to relax the senses and offer a unique sense of serenity and luxurious simplicity to the visitor. Inspired and harmoniously aligned with the natural treasures of Thassos (wood and stone), they create an idyllic frame of relaxation and inner tranquility. For their decoration, mainly earth materials of the surrounding area were used, oak woods for the manufacture of furniture and carefully selected items of special aesthetics that give the visitor calmness, exclusivity and tones of discreet luxury.
Types of studios:
Family Studio (30m2): It can accommodatie up to four guests having one double and two single beds.
Superior Studio (25m2): It can accommodate up to three people having one double and one single bed.
Studio (20m2): It can accommodate up to three people having one double bed and one single bed or a fold out arm chair.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
