Accommodation description

Olea House is located in Limenaria, in a quiet part of the town surrounded by olive groves. It is characterized by elegantly designed accommodation units, as well as a spacious courtyard intended for relaxation and enjoyment.

The nearest store is about 200m away, while the center of Limenaria and the town beach are about 1.2km away.

There are a total of five luxurious studios on the high ground floor. Four units are located in the front of the building, while one is situated at the back. All studios are well-equipped, with special attention to detail. Bright and soft tones, handcrafted wooden furniture, and elegant bathrooms made of quality marble from the island of Thassos create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The interior is inspired by local architecture and traditional Greek style, combining comfort, elegance, and Mediterranean charm.

All accommodation units feature a balcony overlooking the courtyard, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and cosmetics based on Greek olive oil. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stove, and coffee maker, TV, internet, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request.

There is one standard studio with an area of 20m², suitable for two adults and one child. It is equipped with a double bed and a folding armchair. There is also one deluxe/family studio, with an area of 30m², designed for accommodation for two adults and two children. The studio features a double bed, single bed, and a sofa. Additionally, there are three superior studios of 25m², intended for two adults and one child. Superior units have a double bed and a single bed or a folding armchair.

The fenced and spacious courtyard is designed to provide guests with an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor stay. There are tables and chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue, a gazebo, and a small children’s playground available.

Daily cleaning of the accommodation is provided during the stay, while towels and bed linen are changed every two days. Pets are not allowed.

Private parking space is available for guests right next to the property.

A beautiful accommodation, exceptionally kind Natasha... A peaceful and quiet place, with a beautifully maintained yard. The lady who takes care of the hygiene is incredible; everything smells fresh and clean, and the rooms are tidied every day. Simply perfect.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
