Our description

Hotel Thalassies Nouveau is located near the center of Limenaria. It has a swimming pool, bar and a playroom. It is owned by the same owners that have Hotel Thalassies and Thalassies Studios.

The beach is 100m away. Sandy on the coast, and with stones and sand in the water. The sea is usually clear. The beach is 2-3km long, so you can always find a part that you like and that suits you. About 600m from the hotel is the small town beachofn Limenaria, and on the other side, about 3km away there is the famous beach Tripiti. The first facilities (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, promenade) are 200m away from the hotel.

There are 23 rooms (classic double and triple rooms and family maisonettes with an extra bed or beds in the gallery). All rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, with luxurious, very comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are completely new, modern, and shower baths with a curtain. All rooms have mini-bar, TV, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer and wireless internet signal. Units don't have a kitchen.

There are one twin and one quadruple room located in the semi-basement. The twin room has two single beds and the quadruple unit has one double and two single beds located in two separated rooms. This unit has one bathroom. There rooms don't have kitchen, only SAT, LCD TV, internet, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe and AC. From the season 2019 there are two more two bed rooms and one three bed room available in the semi basement.

This is a new and nicely decorated 3-star hotel. Guests have access to a restaurant and bar with a garden on the beach, reception, elevator, swimming pool with shallow and deeper parts, pool bar, games room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and massage room. There is an extra charge if you want to use the sauna. The hotel offers half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) service. Breakfast is the buffet, while dinner consists of a soup, salad choice (salad bar), a choice between two main courses and a dessert.

Cleaning is every day, replacement of the towels is every two days and every third day the linen is being replaced.

There is no private parking but you can find a place to leave your car around the accommodation. Owners can also help you.

Hotel can be approached from the main road (coming from Prinos turn right after the supermarket Helios) or from the beach, just turn right after hotel Triada and continue driving along the coast.

All in all, this hotel has everything for a nice, pleasant and carefree holiday. If it is important for you to stay in quality accommodation, at peaceful location, outside of traffic and noise, while you are just two minutes away from the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops and everything else that a seaside town has to offer, then Thallasies Nouveau Hotel is an excellent choice for you.

Owners description

Thalassies Nouveau Boutique Hotel is located just behind Hotel Thalassies, 20m from the seafront. It's operating since 2009. It has 26 rooms of high aesthetic with a wonderful colour play in the furniture and the curtains, fully equipped with LCD TV, hairdryer, safe box, air conditioning, internet, phone and SAT TV.

12 double, five triple and nine family rooms (with internal staircase and a loft bedroom for children) are set on three floors. Reception and lobby are tastefully dressed, combining cozy lounge atmosphere with the luxury of the impressive chandelier dominating at the entrance.

There are two rooms in the semi-basement, without a balcony, only with windows. One room is double, with one double bed and the other is quadruple (two connected rooms with one WC, one double bed i.e. two single beds). The rooms have LCD TV with satellite channels, free WiFi internet, hairdryer, mini-fridge, safe box and A/C.

The hotel also has a fitness room with a fully equipped gym and body treatment center (sauna, massage and hydro-massage).

Next to the hotel, there's a pool with a separate part for children, for endless moments of coolness and fun.

The tavern next to the pool and by the seafront serves excellent Mediterranean meals, while the bar and pool bar serves a huge variety of coffee, snacks and refreshing cocktails, from early in the morning through late in the evening.

The final jewel of the hotel complex is the playroom located in the ground floor of the first Thalassies Hotel.
