Our description
Villa Sofia is situated near the center of Limenaria, in a quiet street. The main advantages of these villas are a great location, clean facility, good price and proximity to the beach.
Villa is located 50m away from the beach and the pedestrian zone. Bakery, liquor store, supermarkets and kiosks are just 20m away from the accommodation.
The house was built in 1989 and renovated in 2011.
Accommodation offers three studios and two rooms without kitchen located on the first floor.
Studio number 1 - four-bed studio with one double bed and a bunk bed. This unit overlooks the backyard of the house.
Studio number 2 - triple studio with one double and one single bed, as well as a terrace overlooking the backyard of the house.
Room number 3 - double room with double bed and a terrace overlooking the backyard of the house.
Room number 4 - double room with double bed and terrace overlooking the street in front of the house.
Studio number 5 - four-bed studio with one double bed and a bunk bed. This unit overlooks the street in front of the house.
For season 2023. only one 4 bed studio is available.
All accommodation units feature a TV, internet access, mosquito nets and air conditioner. Studios have equipped kitchens with hot plates and a small refrigerator, while rooms do not have their own kitchen, only a small refrigerator. They can use the shared kitchen located in the hallway on the same floor, in front of the entrance door of the rooms. Each unit also has a bathroom with shower and a curtain. The rooms are rented together as an apartment and in our price list you can find them by the name 2 Bedroom Apartment.
The villa has a ground floor, first and second floor. The owner of the accommodation lives on the ground floor, on the first floor there are all the units that are rented out under the name Sofia Villa, while the second floor belongs to another owner and here there are also rental units.
Cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
The yard in front of the building, at the entrance gate, is small and there are a few tables with chairs.
Accommodation does not have parking but the guests can leave their vehicles in the nearby streets.
Coming from Prinos, turn right immediately after the Hotel Triada. Villa Sofia is the third house on the left side of the road, before the rent-a-bike.
If you want accommodation in the heart of the city for a little less money, then Villa Sofia can be an excellent choice. As it is on the south of the island, this accommodation is good a good base for discovering the island. Many nice beaches are close by (Psiliamos, Tripiti,San Antonio, Pefkari) and place Potos is only 5km far.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je vrlo korektan, nalazi se blizu plaže, što je dobro za one koji bi koristili samo gradsku plažu. Vlasnica je vrlo ljubazna i draga osoba
