Our description
La Central Apartments are located in Limenaria, near the promenade and city beach. Accommodation is very modern and well arranged with everything that you need. It is suitable for families with children as it is near all amenities.
Small city beach is 150m away. The nearest supermarket is 100m away, and there are the first tavernas and cafes.
The accommodation is renovated in 2016. and it offers two apartments for four persons.
Both apartments (30m2) are on the ground floor with access from the street and have views to the neighboring buildings. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
Apartments have TV, safe, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and hairdryer.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen are done every four days.
You can find a parking space in the nearby streets.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, you should turn right 130m after the main intersection in Limenaria. Drive straight for another 60m and turn right again, after which you will see this accommodation on the left side (50m after the last turn).
This accommodation is a good choice for all those who are looking for the apartment in the center of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants.

Owners description
Accommodation La Central is located in the center of Limenaria, 50m from the sea. Nearby there is a bakery, supermarket, butcher, taverns, bars and everything you might need as tourist. Guests can leave their can on the street, in front of our house or at the public parking lot in Limenaria.
La Central has two apartments, Aoife and Azalea, and both are 30m2.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, separate bedroom, TV, satellite TV, free WiFi internet, kettle, hair dryer, safe and porch with sitting furniture.
Both apartments have a living room with sofa bed, table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with everything that is necessary. Bathroom has a toilet and a shower. Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, trebale bi mi dve smestajne jedinice u periodu 6-16 Avg (gore dole 1dan u principu 10 nocenja) 4 krevetni apartman (2 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta 15 i 9 god) 3 krevetni apartman (2 odrasle osobe i dete 14 godina) ukoliko postoji raspolozivost, zamolio bih za cenu i nacin rezervacije. Hvala veliko!

Postovani, trebale bi mi dve smestajne jedinice u periodu 6-16 Avg (gore dole 1dan u principu 10 nocenja) 4 krevetni apartman (2 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta 15 i 9 god) 3 krevetni apartman (2 odrasle osobe i dete 14 godina) ukoliko postoji raspolozivost, zamolio bih za cenu i nacin rezervacije. Smestaj se nalazi u centru Limenarije na odlicnoj lokaciji, higijena je na zavidnom nivou sve je novo i lepo uredjeno. Za svaku je preporuku. Prednosti Higijena, lokacija, ljubaznost gospodina Dimitrisa vlasnika smestaja. Smestaj je bas onakav kako je i prikaza na sajtu. Mane Nema
