Our description
Nikos Apartment & Studios is located in a quiet part of Limenaria. The house is in the city, but not in the center, so it is protected from noise from traffic and busy streets. It is a ten minute walk from the beach and five minutes from the city center and it offers to the guests one big apartment and a few studios on the upper floor.
It is 200m away from the center and 500m from the beach.
In its offer, Nikos Apartment & Studios has one apartment, one quadruple studio, three triple studios and one double studio.
The apartment (100m2) on the ground floor has three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub (one has a washing machine) and a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a stove with oven, which is connected to the living room with table and chairs for dining. In the two bedrooms there is one single and one double bed, while in the third there are three single beds. If guests pay the price for six people, only two bedrooms are available to them (the third is locked), and if they pay the price for nine people, all three bedrooms are available to them.
Studio #6 has three single beds, two single beds are connected in this unit. Studio number 7 is quadruple and it has one double and two single beds. These two units have an area of 22m2. In the studio number #8, which is also a triple and has 18m2, there is one double and one single bed as well as in the studio number #10 which is a bit smaller (12m2). The only double studio, or accommodation unit number #9, has one double bed and an area of 10m2.
The units have internet, mosquito nets (on some windows) TV and air conditioning.
All rooms are cleaned halfway through and bed linen and towels are changed.
The house has a small yard, in the shade there is a table with chairs and a barbecue. There are also several toys for children - a seesaw, a plastic slide and a swing.
Parking can be found on the street in front of the house where there is always space.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the central crossroads in Limenaria, continue driving straight, turn into the second street (after the crossroads) on the left, drive straight for another 300m (continue straight through a small crossroads near Koukoutsi restaurant) and you will see a villa on the right side of the street.
If you want decent and affordable accommodation, in a quiet location from where you will be able to tour the island by car, and in the evening walk, Nikos Apartment & Studios can be a great choice.

If the guests pay the price for 6 Bed Apartment they can use only two bedrooms. The third room is locked.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Savršeno... Daniela i Nikos su divni domaćini,sada naši prijatelji. Osećali smo se kao u svojoj kući, letovali smo sa decom u velikom smeštaju u prizemlju. 2 godine smo išli i ponovo ćemo ići. Blizu plaže je, dobra baza za obilazak celog ostrva. Smeštaj je na mirnoj lokaciji za odmor, a opet blizu šetališta i plaže. Smeštaj je čist, sve može da se dogovori sa vlasnicima, divni su i puni razumevanja. Apsolutno sve preporuke od strane dve porodice

Dobar dan da li je slobodan 4 bed studio za dve odrasle osobe I 2 dece u periodu od 19.07 - 29.07.Da li je cena 60 e na dan kao sto je u tabeli.

Cisto,uredno,blizu setalista i plaze,a opet u mirnom delu za odmor.Parking mesto,ljubazni vlasnici.Osecacete se kao u svojoj kuci ako se odlucite za obaj smestaj.
