Description
Alkmini Apartments is a facility located a few steps from the beach, in the center of the village of Mola Kaliva. Simple accommodation with a large fenced yard is the right choice for families with children and all those who want to be located right by the sea.
The nearest market and restaurants are about 70m away.
Accommodation offers apartments with two bedrooms, which can host 2-5 people (45-65m2).
Two five-bed and ten four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor and first floor.
Four-bed apartments have two single beds in each bedroom, and five-bed apartments have 5 single beds (three in one room and two single beds in the other).
The kitchen is equipped, has a stove with two hotplates (some of the apartments also have a small oven) and a refrigerator with a freezer.
All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV and WiFi internet.
Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartments themselves. Guests receive an additional set of bed linen and towels after 5 days, and they are responsible for changing the bed linen themselves.
Private parking is located within the courtyard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Potreban nam je smeštaj za dve odrasle i dvoje dece 7,9 godina od 21.08.-28.08. Ne bih da rezervišem pre nego vidim kakav je četvorekrevetni apartman, Možete li mi poslati ponudu sa fotografijom sobe koje nam se nudi u navedenom periodu? Hvala unapred na odgovoru.
