Our description

The house is at about 100m from the beach. The beach is pebbly on the shoreand with stones in first few meters and with fine sand. In front of villa Giannikis there are direct paths to the fine sand in the sea.

It's about 1,5km from the center of Limenaria and is excellent as a base for visiting and exploring the island. Kyriaki Studios has a good location just being on the south of the island, with the most famous beaches in its vicinity (Psiliamos, Tripiti, Pefkari, Roso Gremos and Notos). Potos is only 5km away from Limenaria.

Kyriaki Studios has six studios on the first floor available for online bookings and four studios in the basement that are not being rented to the tourists.

Three studios have a sea view. The first is a spacious triple studio, with a double bed narrower than standard and a single bed, with the possibility to add an extra bed. The sea view also has a triple studio with one double and a single bed, as well as a quadruple studio with one double and two single beds and a very spacious terrace.

Three studios are on the back side of the house and do not have sea view. The first is triple, with a double bed narrower than standard, a single bed and a narrow terrace overlooking the hill. The second and third studio on the latter side have one double and a single bed. One of them has a terrace facing the hill, while the other one has very spacious terrace looking at the gas station.

Studios have a well-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and a bathroom with a shower.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out after four days.

There's a spacious concrete yard with many tables and chairs in front of the house. The house is new and the hygiene is at a decent level. The owners are kind and helpful.

The accommodation is located at the beginning of Limenaria. Arriving from Prinos, follow the signs for the Iris Gold factory. The house is 100m after turning for the Iris Gold factory, on the left side of the main road.

Studios Kyriaki is a small family run business located in the second biggest town of Thassos, Limenaria.  Limenaria is considered one of the most thorough spots of Thassos Island, since it offers a variety of hotels, rooms to let, restaurants, cafes, bars, mini markets as well as a bank and pharmacy.  At Limenaria Beach you can lose yourself in the small shops selling souvenirs and others selling traditional products such as spoon sweets, tsipouro, honey, wine, oil etc.

At Studios Kyriaki, we care for the needs and satisfaction of our customers, which is why every year we work hard towards the improvement of our customer service, the upgrade of our facilities and the creation of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, sometimes through decoration or landscaping and other times by putting on a wide smile for you.

The location of Studios Kyriaki is very privileged on the road, just 1 minute walk from the beach and with fabulous views over the Aegean or to the mountain. It offers spacious double, triple and quadruple rooms which are tastefully but simply decorated with private balcony. Studios Kyriaki offer amenities such as en-suite bathroom, A/C, kitchenette, TV, hairdryer etc.

Other facilities include a private parking for our customers, spacious yard with lush trees, relaxing corners with chairs and sun umbrellas, perfect for reading a book or simply gaze at the view.  Internet access is available in communal areas.

In Studios Kyriaki's yard you can have barbeque party. The Studios Kyriaki are 30 minutes from the port of Port and 15 minutes from the port of Prinos.
