Amalia is a beautiful villa in a quiet area near the sea, with a spacious and well-maintained courtyard, with greenery, flowers, stone barbecue, sitting sets and private parking space. The owners are extremely pleasant and they really try to meet all the additional requirements.
The guests have at their disposal four apartments (two extremely large and two slightly smaller). Large duplex apartments (55m2) consist of a dining room with kitchen, bathroom and two balconies (one overlooks the front and the other the back yard). In one bedroom there is a double bed under which another drawer bed is pulled out while in the other there are two connected single beds. Two smaller apartments (38m2) consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa under which a drawer bed can be pulled out. Like the large duplex suites, these suites have two balconies, one facing the front and the other the backyard. Large apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners, and smaller apartments have one.
Since there are one duplex and a standard apartment on the first and second floor, the sea is partially visible, with those apartments that are on the right side of the building having a better view.
The apartments have a hairdryer and wireless internet, and in the kitchen aspirator, fridge, a toaster and electric kettle. Cleaning is done daily, towels are replaced after three and bed linen after four days.
The yard is very spacious and beautifully arranged, with plenty of flowers and greenery. The area is grassy and even the youngest visitors can run around.
Private parking is provided for all guests.
When you get to the Ellas Hotel, continue ahead for another 70m, then turn to the right, pass the Liolios Studios and after about 100m, turn to the second street right. After 40m you will see this villa on the left side of the street with parking space next to it.
The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, where you can buy some bakery products.

For reservations in 5 Bed Duplex Apartment (4+1), for period from 21.07.2021 to 02.08.2021, for stays of 10 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 85 euros per day.
For reservations in 4 Bed Duplex Apartment, for period from 21.07.2021 to 02.08.2021, for stays of 10 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 80 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Temporary conditions for reservation and payment due to COVID-19This accommodation allows reservations without paying a deposit until the border is opened and the possibility of free entry to Greece. If it is officially confirmed that a trip to Greece will be possible, you will receive an email notification of the deadline for payment of the deposit in order to save the reservation.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
