Accommodation description

Accommodation Georgia’s Home is located in a peaceful area of Limenaria, approximately 350 meters away from the large city beach. The nearest supermarket is at 300m, while the town center with all the shops and promenade is about 500m away.

There is one spacious apartment available with two separate bedrooms. This unit covers an area of 75m2 and can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed where one adult or two children can sleep, as well as a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, stove with oven and four burners, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom features a shower cabin with a curtain.

The apartment is located on the first floor, while the owner’s mother lives on the ground floor. This accommodation unit has four balconies overlooking the street and the mountain.

The unit is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and mosquito nets.

The owners can also provide a baby cot.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The yard is small and it features a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

When coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the entrance to Limenaria, near the sign for the Discovery Hotel. Continue driving towards it and turn left into the second street, where Villa Georgia is located. There is a dirt road in front of the accommodation.

Georgia is a grandmother who lives on the ground floor, while the entire first floor of the house is the apartment we rented for ten days. It is exceptionally spacious and, in addition to a large living room with a kitchen and dining area, it features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, and even three terraces, covered with awnings (two of them furnished with tables and chairs). We found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, the bathroom is neat and clean (there's no washing machine), and the entire area around the house is filled with greenery and flowers. Behind the house, there is a garden from which Georgia brought us fresh vegetables every day - a warm-hearted, generous woman! The location of the house may not seem appealing at first glance, but we soon realized it is actually ideal, as it is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle (only the sounds of nature can be heard, and at night it is cooler than on the other side of the main road), yet everything is just a 5-8 minute walk away (beach, shops, restaurants). Parking is conveniently located right next to the house, in the shade of walnut trees. The wifi is excellent. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows and doors, even in the bathroom. After five days, we received fresh linens and towels.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
