Our description
Georgia's Home offers to the guests a spacious apartment for five people located in a quiet part of Limenaria. Parking space is provided.
Accommodation is located at a distance of 350m from the large city beach, and the nearest supermarket is 300m away. The center of the town with all the shops and promenade is about 500m away.
Villa offers one duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms. This unit has an area of 75m2 and it can accommodate up to five people. In one bedroom there is one double bed, while in the other bedroom there are two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed, as well as an equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and oven. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartment is located on the first floor, while on the ground floor lives the owner's mother. This accommodation has three balconies overlooking the street and the mountains.
Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment themselves, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
The yard is small and there are table with chairs and barbecue.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Coming from Prinos, turn left at the entrance to Limenaria, at the sign for the Hotel Discovery. Continue driving towards it and turn into the second street on the left, where Villa Georgia is located. In front of the accommodation is a dirt road.
The apartment is a good choice for all those looking for an accommodation in a quiet location.

Georgia's Home is located in Limenaria. This is a spacious apartment, 75m2 big, that can accommodate one or two families up to six people.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms with one double and twin beds as well as one sofa bed in the living room. It has terrace, garden and barbecue for the ultimate relaxation of the guests, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster as well as hairdryers and ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi and a TV. Towels and linen are available.
The house is in a quiet green environment overlooking the mountain and the sea. It is just two minutes from the beach of Limenaria and 500 meters from the city center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Zanima me termin od 20.07-30.07.2019. Koja je cena i jel imate slobodan, treba nam ta 4 odrasle osobe i dva deteta, jedno od 6 godina i jedno od 2 godine.
