Voulis Studios is located at the begining of Limenaria. It is a house on a hill and from most of the balconies there is sea view (depending on the position of the room, balcony has direct sea view or partial sea view). It is just a 2-minute drive from all Limenaria amenities.

The city beach is 200m away. The villa is located 400m from the nearest store and about 1km from the center of Limenaria where are cafes, tavernas, shops and promenade.

This accommodation offers one maisonette, two apartments and ten studios, one of them, studio #7, will only be used as needed. Every year they invest in the villa.

The maisonette (#12) is on the second floor and has a large terrace overlooking the sea. It comes out of the living room, which is on the lower floor and has one sofa bed and a kitchen with a small fridge and stove. Upstairs (loft) is one bedroom with two single beds which is separated by a sliding door. There are also two single beds in the hallway. Bathroom is separated by a sliding door, and it has a shower. Since these rooms are located in the attic, the roof in bedroom and bathroom is slanted. The beds are wooden. The maisonnette can accommodate four people.

The apartments are located on the second floor. Apartment #14 has sea view. The living room has one double bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has two single beds. Apartment #15 overlooks the mountain, the street and partly the sea. The living room has two single beds and an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small fridge. The bedroom has one double bed and a bathroom with shower. The beds in these two units are wooden.

There are three studios on the ground floor and only they have mosquito nets. Studio #7 has one double bed, studio #8 has one double and one single bed, and studio #9 has one double and two single beds. All three units have a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove, as well as a smaller bathroom with shower and curtain. They are more modern and are sheltered from the sun by the trees in front of the villa.

There are six studios on the first floor.

Studio #1 has one double bed and partially overlooks the sea because the view is obscured by the trees in front of the house. Studio #2 has one double and one single bed. It is modern decorated. The sea view is obscured by the trees in front of the house. Studio #3 has one double, one single bed and a renovated bathroom. It is modern and has a partial view to the sea and the street. Studio #4 has two single beds and sea view. Studio #5 has three single wooden beds and sea view. Studio #6 has one double bed, one single bed and a partial sea view. The bathroom is smaller but renovated. The kitchens in the first floor studios are equipped and each has a hob and a small fridge. Bathrooms have shower with curtains.

The last two studios are on the second floor (#10 and #11) and have sea view. Studio #10 has one double bed while #11 has one double and one single bed. The bathrooms are smaller with shower and curtains, and the kitchens are equipped with a stove and a small fridge. Due to the smaller surface, the extra bed that is inserted in #10 is smaller than the standard.

Only ground floor studios have mosquito nets.

Cleaning is done every other day. The frequency of changing towels and linen depends on the length of stay. Usually every 3-5 days.

Parking space is lokcated 50m from the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Prinos you will see a signboard for this accommodation on the right side of the road 900m after the Iris Gold factory.
