Hotel Description

Antonis Rooms is accommodation located in Limenaria, outside the center and in quite place. It’s new accommodation with nice decorated studios. Studios have nice view and spacious balconies. The owners are kind, they speak good English and they are always there for their guests.

Center of Limenaria is 900m away while closest beach is 200m far (as well as the supermarket).

Accommodation offers two studios on the ground floor. The owners live on the first floor. Both studios have spacious balconies with sea view. Balconies are partially separated by a glass divider.

Four bed studio in the front is spacious (around 35m2), has one double, one single bed and a sofa. Kitchen is well equipped (small fridge, one stove, toster). Bathroom has shower cabin.

Triple studio in the front is also spacious (around 35m2) and has one double bed plus one extra single bed with standard mattress. Kitchen has big fridge, cooker, microwave and toster. Bathroom has big shower cabin.

The four-bed apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove.

Accommodation will be renovated for the season 2022. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.

Cleaning and changing towels and linen are done every 2-3 days.

Garden is nice, with lots of grass, barbecue, table and chairs. From garden you can also enjoy sea view.

Parking is available in the yard or on the street in front of accommodation.

If you are arriving from Prinos direction, as soon as you see board for hotel Discovery, you should turn left and drive around 50m more up the hill.

If you need sea view accommodation outside the center and in quite location, Antonis Rooms can be a good choice.

The apartment we stayed in is, in my opinion, better suited for three people than for four; it feels a bit cramped for comfortable living.

The studio is spacious, clean, and features a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is just a minute away, while the center is a 10-minute walk.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 7 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
