Accommodation description

Villa Aliki is located in the center of Limenaria, in a street that is parallel to the promenade and is just a short walk from the beach. The units are spacious, nicely decorated and clean.

The villa is in the center, so the closest supermarket, as well as a bakery is at only 50m. City beach is 200m away.

It offers one studio and one duplex apartment on the third floor for rent from 2017. The apartment overlooks the sea, while the studio overlooks the mountain.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms with one double bed each. In the living room, which leads out to the balcony with awning, there are two sofa beds for two smaller children. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has an area of about 73m2.

The studio is slightly smaller (about 44m2) and has one double bed and two single beds for two children. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge, a small oven and a hob. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. There is no awning on the terrace as the owners feel there is no need for it.

The owner also owns a fish market located next to the villa and live in the same building where the studio and apartment are located, only on the first floor.

Cleaning is daily, while towels and bed linen are changed in the middle of the stay.

There is no private parking and guests can find a parking spot in the nearby streets.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the main intersection in Limenaria turn right, then after 60m turn to the first street on the left. Shortly after the coffee shop you will see a yellow building on the right side of the road.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
