The apartment requires complete renovation; the furniture is old and worn out, especially in the living room. There is a musty smell of mold in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenware is very scarce, consisting of just one large pot and a frying pan, so we even had to buy additional utensils like a bread knife and a cezve for a basic breakfast. The shower cabin in the bathroom does not exist (despite being mentioned in the description), only a curtain. The changing of towels and bed linens is not every 3 days as stated, but rather only once during our 11-day stay. For the first three days, there was no cleaning; they only began to take out the trash from the fourth day onward. I chose this apartment because it appeared spacious and clean in the photographs. However, upon entering, we were greeted by an extra bed in the living room (which we didn't need at all alongside the existing two bedrooms) and three small tables plus a dining table, and all the furniture - beds, sofas, small tables, chairs - was covered with some questionable fabric. In the end, we had to remove one of the small tables to the terrace just to be able to move around the living room. This does not justify the money we paid; what you see in the photographs is not what awaits you in the apartment.

The apartment is excellent; it provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant holiday. The hygiene is top-notch, and the apartment is cleaned every day. There is no need for a canopy or umbrella on the terrace; the only issue arises if it rains, as one cannot spend time on the terrace then. All praises for the very kind owners!

Dear Sir/Madam, Vila Aliki is exceptional. The owners are wonderful and kind, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything one might need. The bed linens are changed halfway through the stay, and towels on the third day (if needed, changing them earlier is not a problem). Garbage is disposed of and cleaned daily. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a pleasant stay on beautiful Thassos. 🥰

The apartment is cleaned a little every day, the trash is taken out regularly, towels are changed every three days, and the bedding is changed halfway through the stay. All in all, everything was lovely, comfortable, and clean—kudos!

We stayed in Limenaria from September 1st to 15th, accommodated in Villa Aliki, in a spacious apartment with a view of the sea. The accommodation looks just like in the pictures; everything is new, beautiful, and spacious. The villa is located just above the promenade, making all necessary amenities easily accessible. The apartment features a lovely terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and the town. Towels and linens are regularly changed, and cleaning is done every three days. The owner of the accommodation is a wonderful woman who was always there when we needed help. We had a small mishap with our younger child - a cat scratched his eye (right on the inside of the eye), and the owner immediately called her cousin, an ophthalmologist, consulted with him, and purchased the necessary treatment at her own expense. When we were leaving, she bought a gift for everyone. I was truly touched! Next to the villa is her fish market, where we bought fresh fish several times. Of course, cooking fish in the apartment is allowed. As for Nikana, I can only say that I am already looking at offers for Kefalonia for next year! From the very beginning, communication with the friendly girls has been seamless. They were always available for any questions and responded to emails promptly. We are not changing Nikana! :)

A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Everything is new and exceptionally clean, and the friendly landlady cleans the apartment every day. There are enough towels that are changed every three days. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the center of Limenarija. We are extremely satisfied and would be happy to stay in this apartment again.

The accommodation is excellent. They clean every day and change the towels. The only downside of the rooms is that they are small and lack a larger window and air conditioning. However, overall, the accommodation is truly lovely, and all praise goes to the landlady.

All praises for Villa Aliku where we stayed. We chose a smaller apartment, which is literally just like in the pictures. Everything is impeccably clean, the kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and a plethora of towels—those little things that are often missing in accommodations of similar prices are all here. The air conditioning is included in the price. The landlady is a wonderful person, and she runs a fish market on the ground floor of the building, so if you buy fish there, you also get a discount :). The location of the villa is excellent; being a small place, everything is close by. The beach is nearby. The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the staircase is a bit awkward as it winds around.
