Our description
Maria Apartments is located not far from the city center, in a quiet part of Limenaria. It offers comfort, clean and very well equipped apartments with nice furniture.
Villa is new, at about 250m from the beach and about 700m from the city center.
It consists of the ground and the first floor. Only the two apartments on the first floor can be reserved through this site.
Apartments can accommodate up to four people. They are spacious and comfortable (about 54m2) and a great solution for families with children. Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa bed for one person and a single bed of smaller dimensions, while in the bedroom there's a double bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and a TV. In front of the apartment there is a shared seating area with a table and chairs for guests of both apartments.
Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are usualy being done every four to five days, depends of lenght of stay.
** During the season 2020 the owners will not clean the room during the stay of the guests, only when they leave. Cleaning products, towels and sheets will be provided. No visitors are allowed in the rooms.
There is no private parking but next to the house there is enough space to park.
Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, at the beginning of Limenaria, follow the directions to Hotel Discovery on your left side. Turn left and follow the path leading to the right. After about 100m, turn left and you'll reach Maria Apartments.
Maria Apartments can be a good base for visiting the island because it's in a quiet place, the apartments are new, out of crowds and good price and good equipment are attracting people.

Owners description
The newly built Studios Maria are located on a quiet hill a little bit outside the center of Limenaria, 250m from the beach. Every Apartment consists of equipped kitchen, a living room, cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom. There are two balconies in the front of the house and one in the backyard with a wonderful view. A family of 4 can easily stay there. There is a barbecue in the garden and protected private parking area.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je prostran, čist, blizu plaže, domaćica jako ljubazna i predusretljiv a, ovo nam je bio drugi put da odsedamo u istom smeštaju i doći ćemo ponovo sigurno.

Sve kako je opisano i više od toga. Mogli smo da parkiramo u dvorištu. Vlasnica je ljubazna i sve što nam je bilo potrebno, a nismo imali u apartmanu kada smo joj poslali poruku odmah je poslala. Sve sugestije prihvata. Mirno i tiho, odmor za dušu. Hvala na gostoprimstvu.

Lokacija smeštaja je odlična-blizu je prodavnica, plaža, pekara. Pogled na maslinjak i divna velika terasa. Vlasnici su nas ove godine dočekali nespremni-pokvarena klima i slavina, ali takav je opšte i utisak o Grčkoj. Mada su vlasnici u roku od par sati poslali majstore i kvarovi su popravljeni vrlo brzo. Kako vlasnici drže restoran i smeštaj u Astrisu nijednom nas nisu obišli za 20 dana boravka, što može da bude i pozitivna i negativna strana.
