Hotel Description
Maria Apartments is located not far from the city center, in a quiet part of Limenaria. It offers comfort, clean and very well equipped apartments with nice furniture.
Villa is new, at about 250m from the beach and about 700m from the city center.
It consists of the ground and the first floor. Only the two apartments on the first floor can be reserved through this site.
Apartments can accommodate up to four people. They are spacious and comfortable (about 54m2) and a great solution for families with children. Each apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom. In the living room there’s a sofa bed for one person and a single bed of smaller dimensions, while in the bedroom there’s a double bed. Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and a TV. In front of the apartment there is a shared seating area with a table and chairs for guests of both apartments.
Cleaning and the change of linen and towels are usualy being done every four to five days, depends of lenght of stay. ** During the season 2020 the owners will not clean the room during the stay of the guests, only when they leave. Cleaning products, towels and sheets will be provided. No visitors are allowed in the rooms.
There is no private parking but next to the house there is enough space to park.
Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, at the beginning of Limenaria, follow the directions to Hotel Discovery on your left side. Turn left and follow the path leading to the right. After about 100m, turn left and you’ll reach Maria Apartments.
Maria Apartments can be a good base for visiting the island because it’s in a quiet place, the apartments are new, out of crowds and good price and good equipment are attracting people.

The accommodation is spacious, clean, and close to the beach, with a very kind and accommodating hostess. This is our second time staying in the same place, and we will definitely return.

A splendid, tranquil place for relaxation. It perfectly aligns with the descriptions provided by Nikana. Ideally distant for a peaceful retreat, yet conveniently close for all necessities.
