Our description
Venetia Apartment is the accommodation in a quiet spot in Limenaria and it offers a spacious and nicely decorated duplex apartment and one family apartment. Close by there are two beaches, Metalia and city beach, making this accommodation ideal option for all those who want to enjoy beauties of Thassos.
The center of Limenaria is at about 600m, while the town beach is 700m away. The closest supermarket is 150m away.
The villa offers one family apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and it has 80m2. In the bedroom there are one double bed and a spacious balcony. In the living room there is a fold out sofa for two smaller children and one more sofa for one child till 5 years of age. The bathroom is separated with a pool out door and it has a shower with hydromassage. In the kitchen there are a big fridge, stove and a small dishwasher. This unit doesn't have an AC, but it has internet and mosquito nets. Family apartment has older furniture.
Towels are replaced twice a week and a bed linen once a week. The guests themselves maintain the cleanliness in the apartment during the stay. Small pets are allowed (upon request).
Parking space can be found in the nearby streets.
Arriving from Prinos, continue ahead at the main intersection in Limenaria. Take a left at the crossroad by the church and then again to the third street left. You will see this accommodation 70m later.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
