Our description
Passa Studios is decent and affordable accommodation in center of Limenaria, a step away from all amenities. Passa offers classic and spacious units with wooden furniture.
It is 200m from the city beach and 100 meters from the central intersection in Limenaria.
The closest beach is 2km long and has sandy and stone parts, with sunbeds and umbrellas, free of charge with a ordered drink or coffee.
It was built in 1985, but the owners invest in it every year.
The house has four accommodation units for rent. All are different in the arrangement of rooms and beds. There are three studios (double, triple and quadruple) and one apartment (quadruple) offered.
On the main road level there is one quadruple apartment (around 30m2) with a double and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. Next to this unit there is also one quadruple studio (around 35m2) with one two joint single beds and one folding sofa for two.
The house has one three-bed (30m2) and two-bed studio (20m2) in the basement. These accommodation units are below the level of the highway, on the other side of the house, but it is not a real basement because they are at the level of the yard, they are not buried. The three-bed studio has one king-size double bed and a sofa for one person, a kitchen and a bathroom. The double studio has one king size double bed. These two accommodation units have a sitting area in front separated by a partition (as you can see in the pictures).
Apartments and studios have TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, bathroom and veranda with seating furniture (see the pictures).
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done every four days.
In the small courtyard, guests can use a barbecue.
In addition to the house there are several private parking spaces, and along the street it's also not difficult to find a parking space.
Accommodation is located on the right side of the main road in Limenaria viewed from the direction of Prinos, before the central crossroad. Passa Studios is the first house after the supermarket Hlios.
If you are not too demanding when it comes to lodging, looking modest and decent accommodation at 2-3 minutes walking distance from the beach and all the amenities in town, then Passa Studios can be a good choice.

Owners description
Just 50m from the beach of Limenaria in Thasos, Studio Passa offers self-catered accommodation with free WiFi and patio. The village center with shops and restaurants is only 100m away.
A kitchenette with cooking hobs, electric kettle and fridge is included in all accommodation types at the Passa Studio. Each comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Some units offer a separate bedroom and a dining area.
Free private parking is provided at the property. The port of Prinos is 20km away. Limenas, the main town and port of Thassos is at 42km.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
