Our description
Aldebaran Apatments is real oasis of peace and greenery and here you have all the conditions for a nice and calm holiday. Accommodation is new, it has pool with a bar and also great location because it's in the center of Limenaria but still, it's tucked away from the crowd.
Aldebaran is in the center of Limenaria, in a quiet place. The closest market is 50m far while the beach and pedestrian area are 150m away.
Units are placed in three different buildings but in the same yard.
In the first building, on the left side of the yard, there are 12 accommodation units (3 apartments and 9 studios). They are placed on the three floors (ground, first and second floor) and they all have garden view.
Each floor consists of one apartment (45m2) and three studios (25m2). Apartments have two sofa beds in the living room, kitchenette with small fridge and bathroom wiht a shower. Bedroom has two connected single beds. Entrance to the balcony is from living room. These apartment have numbers 101,201,301.
Six studios (25m2) have two connected single beds and one single drawer bed. Kitchenette is equipped and it has small stove a small fridge. Bathrom has a shower base. These studios are with numbers 102, 103, 202, 203, 302 and 303.
Three more double rooms (each on every floor) have around 25m2 and they have two connected single beds and one fold out arm chair for a younger child. With opening of the arm chair, space is very limited. There's no kitchen inside. Balconies are spacious. These studios are 104,204 and 304.
In second building there are only two maisonettes (M1 and M2) and both of them are the same. Each maisonette has 45m2. Down floor has two sofas (one bigger and one smaller), equipped kitchen with stove and small fridge and small bathroom with shower base. On the upper floor there is a gallery which is not separated with door. Gallery has two connected single beds and a balcony with garden view. Two maisonettes are next to eachother, on the left side of the yard.
Third building was built in 2020. and it's located next to the pool. It has 8 modern units. High ground floor has two studios while on the first floor there are 6 maisonettes.
Studio Danae (no.105) has 35m2 and it's triple studio without balcony. There is one double bed and one sofa that becomes bed. Kitchenette is equipped with stove and small fridge. Bathroom has semi closed shower cabin.
Studio Vasiliki (no.106) is the same as Danae, only bathroom is different. It's smaller and it has only tiles, not a shower cabin. Both studios are for maximum 3 persons.
Maisonette Kallisti (no.205) can accommodate up to six persons and it has 60m2. On the down floor there is a big corner sofa, kitchen, bathroom and big balcony with garden view while on the gallery there is double bed and one sofa (gallery is not separated with door).
Maisonette Erato (no.206) also can accommodate six persons and it has 60m2. On the down floor there is sofa, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with street/garden view and one separated bedroom with double bed. Other double bed is on the gallery upstairs (not separated with door).
Maisonette Nefeli (no.207) can accommodate up to four persons and it has around 47m2. Down floor has bathroom, kitchen, sofa that becomes bed with one more bed that comes out of drawer under. Balcony has street view and it's a bit smaller. Gallery has double bed (it's not separated with door).
Maisonette Aphrodite (no.305) has 60m2 and it can accommodate six people. Down floor has sofa, kitchen, bathroom and one separated bedroom with double bed and big balcony with pool view. Bedroom downstairs is not completely separated because you can see inside of it from upper gallery. Gallery has double bed.
Maisonette Artemis (no.306) and Maisonette Calypso (no.307) both have 47m2 and both can accommodate up to four people. Balconies has pool view.
Every maisonette has kitchen with stove, coffee machine and small fridge while in the bathroom there is semi closed shower cabin. Galleries are on the attic and they have hip roof.
Cleaning is done daily while changing of towels and linen are every 3 days.
Garden is very spacious and inside there is pool with bar and sunbeds.
Aldebaran has no private parking but next door is one big public parking where you should easily find a spot.
When coming from Prinos direction, turn left when you see sign for Agali hotel on your right side. After dozen meters you will see the entrance gate of Aldebaran.
This villa is great choice for those looking for modern accommodation with pool and in the center of a bigger place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani,zanima me 1 studio i 1 apartman za period od 24.6. do 4.7. ukoliko je moguce da budu jedan do drugog. Studio je za bracni par,a apartman za dve odrasle osobe i dete od 9 godina,u pitanju je jedna porodica i bitno nam je smestajne jedinice budu jedna do druge.Rezervisali bismo odmah ukoliko je moguce.
