Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Aldebaran Apatments is real oasis of peace and greenery and here you have all the conditions for a nice and calm holiday. Accommodation is new, it has pool with a bar and also great location because it's in the center of Limenaria but still, it's tucked away from the crowd.
Aldebaran is in the center of Limenaria, in a quiet place. The closest market is 50m far while the beach and pedestrian area are 150m away.
Rooms, studios, apartments and maisonettes are divided into three buildings located in the same courtyard.
The first building, at the left end of the courtyard, houses apartments and rooms without a kitchen. They are arranged over three floors (ground floor, first and second floor) and overlook the courtyard.
On each floor there is one apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen with a hotplate and a small refrigerator. The apartments have an area of 45m2. These units are numbered 101, 201 and 301.
Six rooms have a double bed and a folding armchair for a smaller child. These rooms have an area of about 25m2. They do not have a kitchen with a hotplate, only a refrigerator and a kettle. These rooms are numbered 102, 103, 202, 203, 302 and 303 and there are two rooms on each floor.
The second building has only two maisonettes (M1 and M2) which are furnished in the same way. The area of these units is 45m2. On the lower floor (ground floor) there is a sofa for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and a small fridge. On the upper floor there is a gallery which is not separated from the lower level by a door and which has one double bed and a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The maisonettes are located next to each other, as soon as you enter the courtyard on the left.
The third building was built in 2020 and is located right next to the pool. All eight accommodation units in it are modernly furnished. There are two studios on the high ground floor, while six maisonettes are arranged on the first floor.
Studio Danae (no.105) is a triple room and has an area of 35m2. This unit does not have a terrace. The room has a double bed, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a hob and a small fridge.
Studio Vasilikin (no.106) is furnished in the same way. The only difference is that this unit has a slightly smaller bathroom. Both units are designed for a maximum of three people and do not have a terrace.
Maisonette Kallisti (no.205) can accommodate up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a corner sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the courtyard, while on the gallery, which is not separated by a door, there is a double bed and a sofa bed with a pull-out bed.
Maisonette Erato (no.206) can accommodate up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, terrace with a view of the street and the courtyard, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The second double bed is on the gallery that is not separated by a door.
Maisonette Nefeli (no.207) can accommodate up to four people and has an area of about 47m2. On the lower level there is a bathroom, kitchen, sofa bed with a pull-out bed, as well as a slightly narrower terrace with a view of the street. On the gallery that is not separated by a door there is a double bed.
Maisonette Aphrodite (no.305) can accommodate up to six people and has an area of 60m2. On the lower level there is a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to a large terrace with a view of the pool. The bedroom is not completely separated because it is viewed from the gallery. The gallery is not separated by a door and there is a second double bed.
Maisonette Artemis (no.306) can accommodate up to four people and has an area of approximately 47m2. This unit overlooks the pool. On the lower level there is a sofa bed with a pull-out bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, while on the gallery (not separated by a door) there is a double bed.
Maisonette Calypso (no.307) can accommodate up to four people and has an area of approximately 47m2. This unit also overlooks the pool. On the lower level there is also a sofa bed with a pull-out bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, while on the gallery (not separated by a door) there is a double bed.
Each maisonette has a kitchen with a stove, coffee machine and small refrigerator. Only the maisonettes Aphodite, Calypso, Artemis, Nefeli and Kallisti have a washing machine. The galleries are located in the attic and have a sloping roof.
Bathrooms have been renovated in all units except the rooms without a kitchen and have a shower without a tub with a glass screen. Rooms without a kitchen have a shower.
Cleaning is done daily while changing of towels and linen are every 3 days.
Garden is very spacious and inside there is pool with bar and sunbeds.
Aldebaran has no private parking but next door is one big public parking where you should easily find a spot.
When coming from Prinos direction, turn left when you see sign for Agali hotel on your right side. After dozen meters you will see the entrance gate of Aldebaran.
This villa is great choice for those looking for modern accommodation with pool and in the center of a bigger place.

Postovani,zanima me 1 studio i 1 apartman za period od 24.6. do 4.7. ukoliko je moguce da budu jedan do drugog. Studio je za bracni par,a apartman za dve odrasle osobe i dete od 9 godina,u pitanju je jedna porodica i bitno nam je smestajne jedinice budu jedna do druge.Rezervisali bismo odmah ukoliko je moguce.
