Studio number 9 - a quadruple unit with four single beds. It does not have a terrace, but in front of the entrance door, there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This area is passable.

Studio number 10 - a triple studio with three single beds. The kitchen is separated by a door, and owners enter from there into the room with a boiler that occasionally turns on, making this unit slightly noisier than the others. It does not have a terrace, but in front of the entrance door, there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This area is passable.

Studio number 11 - a double unit with a double bed. The kitchen is slightly smaller than in other studios. It does not have a terrace, but in front of the entrance door, there is an unfenced sitting area with a table and chairs. This area is passable.

FIRST FLOOR:

Studio number 1 - a triple studio with three single beds. The kitchen in this unit is a bit smaller, and the terrace offers a sea view.

Studio number 2 - a double studio with a double bed. The kitchen in this unit is a bit smaller, and guests have a partial sea view from the terrace, obstructed by the stairs. Studio number 5 - a quadruple studio with four single beds. The terrace offers a sea view. Studio number 6 - a triple studio with three single beds. Guests have a side sea view from the terrace.

SECOND FLOOR:

Studio number 3 - a triple studio with three single beds. The kitchen in this unit is a bit smaller, and the terrace offers a sea view. Studio number 4 - a double studio with a double bed. The kitchen in this unit is a bit smaller, and guests have a sea view from the terrace. Studio number 7 - a quadruple studio with four single beds. The terrace offers a sea view. Studio number 8 - a triple studio with three single beds. Guests have a side sea view from the terrace.

All units are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, internet, and mosquito nets. Kitchens in all studios have a stove and a small refrigerator, while bathrooms feature shower cabins.

Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done every four days.

The villa does not have private parking, so guests can park their vehicles in nearby streets.
